What a great place to stay! Would highly recommend. Comes with kitchenette and few items for cooking/eating without having to lug everything yourself! Things were clean and comfortable. Basketball net outside kept the kids entertained. Self check in was easy (once I knew that was the plan!) and all questions were quickly answered! Go by the phone number inside the reception area not the one on the door though!

Quiet motel property just outside of Antigonish. Cute, comfortable and well appointed rooms. Some with nice views of the green valley. Easy check in and hosts were friendly and helpful. Since we were there in the low season, breakfast is delivered in a basket to the room and includes scones, yogurt, juice and eggs if requested. Lovely stay and place recommended.

I was a bit confused when I arrived since there was no one in the lobby and I had no phone to call them with. After a few seconds, I did discover that our keys were in a plastic folder with our name on it that was off to the side. After that, everything was really nice. Great apartment with all amenities.

This is the loveliest place to stay. The room was spotless and so sweet and homey. Everything you could imagine was already thought of and provided. The grounds are pretty and immaculate. The breakfast provided had many options. I had the homemade porridge. It was served hot with many toppings choices offered, It was just like being hosted by your very good friend. It really is an exceptional accommodation. I wish we’re were staying longer.

Little disappointed about the 2-bedroom appartment

We were on family trip (3 adults) staying two nights to visit Cap Breton. The Inn was chosen because of convenient location and good ratings. First, the two bedroom appartment is NOT part of the main building, but separate in the basement of a nearby one-family house. We arrived late in the dark after a long travel. Reception was closed, so we phoned owner and were given check-in details and a photo of the premises (which was of little use in the dark). But finally we found the appartment. When entering the appartment we were greeted by a an strong kitchen smell; if you like Indian curry, you might not be disturbed by this. We were. The heating in the bedrooms was switched off and no instruction could be found how to switch them on. So we slept in our cloths for the first night. When taking a seat at the kitchen table one of us nearly broke down because of the condition of the chair. We reported this next morning during breakfast (which was really good) and were asked to call the owner later to discuss. We did so and basically the solution was that the owner removed the chair and switched on the heating for us, so when we returned it was like a sauna. We finally figured out how to operate the heating ourself. As an overall experience, this is not what we expected. Probably we were too demanding, but we felt that the price would justify a decent level of comfort. So, while we can not judge on the other rooms, we would not recommed the two bedroom appartment.

We only stayed at the inn for one night! The owners were exceptionally friendly, warm and welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful! It is not located in a walkable area, but downtown is easily accessible by car.
