The receptionist did not wear a mask properly. Even after I had informed him, he only covers his mouth with the mask, without covering the nose. My family left the hotel next day even I've booked for 3 days 2 nights.

This is our second time at this same hotel. The last time we stayed two nights. This time we stayed five nights. This time I feel not so welcome. I came back because the first time was good, the staff, the everything. We like the location because of eateries nearby and not crowded as in KL central. The breakfast could have been much better. We were quite unlucky this time as there was a convention on on one of our nights there and the morning, our breakfast was horrible. We were served buffet and the plates were all used up and we had to make do with bowls to eat anything, eg toasted bread and when asked the staff for plates, they like ignore us. Other mornings were better. We hope they can serve more varieties of breakfast other than those same ones every morning. The coffee was not as hot as prefferrred, rather lukewarm for all mornings when there was buffet served. Housekeeping was below par as toilet rolls were not readily available.

Need improvement on the front desk,less experienced,check in at 11pm.
