Várias piscinas termais, com temperaturas diferentes (36-40°C) e algumas com opção de cadeira com hidromassagem. O bar na piscina também é muito prático. A vista do vulcão com o lago é linda. Restaurante bonito, mas a qualidade da comida era ok, nada excepcional.

Great resort with plenty to do

Stayed here for 6 days, rooms are spacious and nothing spectacular compared to a more modern style room but makes up for it with a balcony that faces the Volcano. There a several hot springs and one has a swim up bar that was fantastic. They also have a pool with a pretty lengthy fast slide, the breakfast here is top notch. Plenty of choices to choose from, the hotel also offers a view point, within the resort, that you can take a 5 minute drive that over sees the Volcano, amazing view!! It’s a short 10 minute drive to La Fortuna so for me it worked out perfectly as I didn’t have to worry about heavy traffic flow coming in and out of the resort. Staff helps with booking any activities you may be interested in booking. Overall I’d definitely stay here again 10/10

Primera visita

Primera vez en el hotel Los Lagos fue un viaje de pareja en septiembre, la verdad es un hotel lleno de naturaleza y verdor. La habitación creo era remodelada y muy amplia. Las piscinas se veian muy limpias, los precios en el restaurante nos parecieron bien. Fuimos caminando al mirador y al lago del hotel a unos 2 km fue toda una experiencia y retador. Seguro volvería.

Great resort

2nd time for our family. The kids love the water slides and the wet bar in the warm thermal pool. The restaurants are good and the shuttle service is very efficient. The view on Arenal is stunning.
