If the service doesn't improve I will change hotel
I usually stay at least 5 days a month at this hotel.
I like it mainly because of its location. However, I have noticed that the quality of the service has been declining recurrently.
This time, I had the following problems:
- The TV remote control did not work
- The hair dryer was faulty
- Three days without hot water in the shower
- Although the room was reserved for 2 people, there was only one set of towels.
I always notice that the staff are willing, but not very efficient.
The response I received about the problem of the lack of hot water was very vague. Nothing was done to solve this problem.
The last few times I stayed at this hotel, I had problems very similar to those I described above.
I confess that I am already starting to think about changing to another hotel nearby (Intercity).
