The staff is exceptional, with only a few individuals offering merely standard service, and I prefer not to name them. The majority, however, are commendable. My primary concern lies with the food, which falls significantly short of expectations. While some dishes, such as the Aguachile Verde, are excellent, the buffet and room service are lacking. The portion sizes are notably small, so don't anticipate generous servings. The room itself was satisfactory, though it did have a musty smell.
