Très mauvaise expérience. J’ai essayé de faire le check-in seul vers 17h, mais le personnel a été extrêmement impoli et a refusé de me laisser entrer sous prétexte que la deuxième personne (mon épouse), qui devait dormir avec moi, n’était pas encore arrivée. On m’a obligé à quitter l’établissement. Plus tard dans la nuit, je suis revenu et je n’ai même pas pu ouvrir la porte pour accéder à la chambre. Résultat : argent perdu et aucune solution proposée. Une complète déception. Établissement non recommandé. Évitez de gaspiller votre argent.

Le logement était à la limite de l’acceptable en matière de propreté : déchets laissés dans les chambres, cheveux dans la salle de bain, et nettoyage manifestement négligé. Le personnel était absent, sans aucune assistance durant le séjour. Aucune proposition de petit-déjeuner n’a été faite, ni même évoquée. Ce séjour reflète un manque total de sérieux, d’hygiène et de professionnalisme et ne correspond absolument pas aux standards attendus d’un établissement hôtelier.

Hotelli on ravintolat edessa jossa on todella kova musiikki klo 1 aamuun, sitten on autot joka on kova musiikkia klo 2 aamuun, sitten on tiesiivous ja roskaautot klo 4 aamulla. Booked hotel because of 24 hour reception and luggage storage. . Was hoping to leave the luggage for a few hours until my flight. Turned out - no luggage storage, no reception. Truly unfortunate and rough area - similar to Detroit downtown. Stay away from cruise port

Central Fort de France location

If you want to be in the heart of Fort de France, this is the place to stay. Basic room, more economical than other hotels around. The hotel manager will help you with whatever needs you have. Walking distance from ferry, buses, and everything in center city.

Bayfront is convenient in terms of location to the terminal where we had to leave. Overall the property needs a total overhaul, ACs not working, no elevator to get to the top levels. Would not recommend

Property is close to the waterfront with lots of shops and restaurants in the area. There were no wash towels nor hand towels in the bathroom, and there was no room service.
