Great place to stay in Gibbston!
Great vineyard location. We had big room right next to the vines! As part of the stay there is a complementary wine tasting and a shared hot tub! E-bike hire is available to explore the multiple vineyards in Gibbston. Restaurant on site is good - but closes quite early - however grazing boxes are available or there is an oven/ hob in the rooms

Ok
We were arriving after check in hours and the key wasn't in the key safe box as they had messaged it would be. Fortunately there was a private catering event happening and the asst manager tracked down the key. We were in Ruins and the lodge is at the end of the property. V quiet with rabbits having a lovely timealla round. The room was large with a lot of wasted space and would have benefitted from this being filled with a bigger table than the tiny one currently in there. We didn't partake in eating there or any of the wine activities. It was probably not worth the price they charge.

Love the little wood cottage vibe very much, the size of the cottage is good and they have everything you need. Sunset time strolling around the vineyard and pond is superb too.

This place is amazing. If it wasn’t on the other side of the world from where I live, I’d be planning my next visit. The cottages were gorgeous and well equipped. The setting was superb. It was dead of winter during our visit so very quiet. We did enjoy the hot tub and the stars…. Breakfast was good and staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and happy. Oh, and great wine too! Wish we’d had more time to taste more wine and explore all there is to do in this area. The biking was fantastic though. Thank you, Kinross for a memorable stay!

Beautiful spot
Beautiful location and friendly staff. We had a terrible plumbing issue with sewerage spilling from the toilet into the shower one morning. However it was dealt with quickly and we were given a beautiful bottle of wine to compensate. Luckily we could use our friends bathroom next door as they couldnt move us as it was full. Housekeeping is a little slack and inconsistent, sugar was not replaced our entire 4 day stay and sometimes other things were missed such as no kitchen cloth/tea towel and chipped plates. We would stay again, if it wasnt for those little things would have made it a perfect 10/10
