Tiger Heaven hotel facilities not wuit so heaven

Ameneties such as their activity center was dark, humid, no light. In each room, TVs not working consistently for signal, exhaust fan not working in bathroom, urine smell from each bathroom and bed sheets, subpar cleaning, cockroaches, shower heads trickling water, mattresses worn down. Breakfast okay Nice points are location and natural surroundings.

Could have been a better trip!

I had booked this surprise trip for my parents, however they informed me that since the MD of the hotel was there with his family, the entire attention was there and cold breads were being served. Dear Hotel and the MD. If you only want to enjoy your property, then just stop the public exposure and live there. Not sure for how long will you be able to run the business then.

I visited with my family and booked 4 rooms. The area is good, near to sariska jungle and Bhartari ji temple. staff is very courteous.But rooms are not up to the mark. The food at the hotel was very delicious and home like. However the behavior of the restaurant manager was not good at all. He charged us for one extra person ( 500 rs ) in the dinner and when reminded next day he said now nothing can happen and offer a juice tetrapack worth rs 100 saying that one tetrapack has 4 glass of juice and they sell one glass at a cost of 110 Rs. This was really annoying. Not only this after this he started demanding money for a piece of parantha wrapped for my infant. So this guy needs to be told how to behave and extra money charged is their mistake not ours. Later we raised this issue on the reception and that guy was very polite and courteous and provided discount on overall bill. So overall stay was good. I would recommend tent houses as compared to rooms.

Very near to the jungle! Ample parking space and very friendly staffs who helped a lot throughout the stay. Lunch was not very great but dinner was good, particularly non-veg. Property provided me with complimentary evening snacks and tea.

Convenient hotel with friendly staff near Sariska

Helpful staff, tent rooms were a good experience. Safaris showed a lot of wildlife in the National Park, despite lack of visibility of the elusive tiger. Good experience, kids loved the grounds and a horse ride!

Extremely helpful and considerate staff

Amazingly helpful manager, who resolved problems we had with transport and bookings in the demonetisation crisis in India (no cash available in a cash economy. . . ) by paying for drivers and vehicles out of their cash and letting us pay by card. He was our holiday hero; it seems petty after his (very appreciated) efforts to criticise, but the only negative was the dinner buffet being somewhat overpriced at over 600 rupees /person.

Bad property administratively!

The staff was lethargic,the towels were dirty,toiletries were given on request,phone was working on and off. Pathetic food for 800 pp .The crowd was bad and overall a very bad experience for such a high cost.Would have rather stayed at Kesrauli fort for the same price.Please do not go if you want peaceful holiday.

Nice Weekend Destination

Stay was good. Overall the resort property is nicely located in vicinity of Jungle. We really enjoyed our stay in the Tent House Rooms. The property is surrounded with lush green, food in machan restaurant is nice,Swimming pool is nicely build to accommodate the comfort of kids as well as adults.The activity area is something i really liked the most. Only one point of improvement is co-ordination among different departments of resort like Reception with F&B.Overall Stay was good.

A great location with pathetic food

We stayed for couple of nights and loved the ambience. We were given a choice of cottage our Swiss tents and we chose the tents. The only downside was the food... Spicy, Oily and Way too Overpriced. When we shared this with the GM, he was least concerned and all the acknowledgement seemed fake.
