The first room we were goven was aweful. The door was broken and did not close properly. The tub was nasty. The second room we moved to was better. The door still did not work properly however it did shut better. Th

Coffeemaker in the room didn't work, blow drier didn't work, half of the lights were not working, clothes iron was missing. Room was bioled for 3 people for 5 days we were given 1 bath towel, half of a roll of bathroom tissue, 1 packet of coffee and no cups. Went to the office asked about breakfast they said they only offer coffee, when I came to get coffee sonce Coffeemaker in the room didn't work, coffee on the labby was cold, still from previous day. When I asked if they have more, they said they person who makes ain't up yet... it was almost 10 am.

I stood in line for check in for an hour and a half!!! They had one clerk working and she was extremely slow and had no desire to be there. When help finally arrived, the clerk gave my license to another gentleman and he left!!!

Stay away. Rude people at the desk. They charged my card 3 times and refused a refund before I even checked in. Hotels.com was amazing in handling the situation but this place isn't worth the headache. Watched a mouse run through the lobby as we walked in

320 has roaches bad no iron but has ironing board tho so kinda pointless 321 has a huge hole in the mattress 318 has no fridge no hair dryer that works shower head dosent work correctly will flood the bathroom floor had to go to front office to gett remote for both rooms for TV then go outside on balcony and im watching people that just checked in checking out because they atesaying they have bed bugs wyndam needs to remove its name from this place and I would love a full refund plus my deposit deposit back

Definitely need to update their pics cause the pool isn’t in working order hasn’t been in god knows how long, there was dead roaches on the floor when we got to the room, beds were hard and uncomfortable, hotel has potential if they would remodel and update everything.

The first room they gave us didn’t lock. The second also didn’t lock, but at least the door panel was on the wall. Blood in our room. All over air conditioner. The floors were disgusting. Dirty everywhere. Cockroaches all over the place. This place is NASTY. I would never stay here again.

We will NEVER stay in this hotel ever again. We’ve stayed here in the past years and it was decent but never again. Up on entering our room the room smelled awful. The light was busted, only one lamp worked. The tv did not work, WiFi did not either. The tub had a constant leak and the toilet ran all night. Only one setting on the heat/air worked which was low. The pillows smelled horrid, yes the pillows! They only gave us 2 towels (2 people) for a 3 night stay and said they did not have access to more. The floors were dirty, dirt was all over them. The shower and tub was awful as well. I did not see housekeeping the entire time we was there. Please if you are reading this spend the extra money for some where else. This place is disgusting and they don’t care if you complain or not or for your business.

The bathroom was filthy. Black marks all over the door like someone wiped dirty hands all down the door and they didn’t clean it. There was stuff in the bathtub. The tv didn’t work. The doors don’t lock beside the lock for the card so my toddler could open the door right up just by pulling the handle. You can hear everything through the walls. Just overall horrible.

Our fire alarm kept going off all through the night. Kept us awake most of the night . Had no tv to watch. Hotel beside of us had karaoke singing loudly late into the night. Stayed here many times but first time I had a problem.

You get what you pay for! The rooms werent dirty just out dates my sheets were clean my bath tub was clean and so was my toilet. The wifi works decently the beds are kinda uncomfortable. But once again it's a 40$ hotel if that and you literally get what you get pay for if you're looking for some modern place this isn't it but if you wanna go somewhere and take a shower and sleep and save a little money I'd say it'll do.

The staff was OK. They did allow me to change from a king room to a double queen room without any issues.. Unfortunately, the first room they gave me smell like they just sprayed a whole can of bug spray and you could see it on the floor. The next room they gave me the bed frame was broke. The light switch was taped down, so the light wouldn’t stay on, the smoke detector beeped all night because the battery was low and the TV was connected to the Wi-Fi which kept losing signal every two minutes and freezing up or cutting off.

I had to be put in four different rooms either for cleanliness reasons or the fact that the front desk lady gave me a skeleton key to the hotel and I accidentally went into the room that was next to my original room after work, and then she treated me like it was my fault.

When I checked in, the front desk lady was on the phone. She didn’t speak except to ask for my card and ID. She even tapped the paper instead of asking me to sign it. Once I walked up 4 flights of stairs to the room, someone was already IN there?!? So I had to walk back down 4 flights to get a new room. Then back up 3 to the new room l. There was a random washcloth on the counter and the room wasn’t nice. The bedspread was outdated, there was tips ok the curtains, the paint chipped off below the windows, and the outlets were just weird, the shower head was so short, I had to squat down to get my hair wet. The seals on the door was bad too, because you could see all the way out. There was some weird stuff caked on top of the table, mirror broken. I understand the room was cheap, but dang.

The room was infested with roaches which we noticed while the lights were on tv was fuzzy couldn’t really watch anything I asked for a handicapped accessible room ,room was fine but the restroom was not the toilet was very low and it had a regular tub for the shower The front desk lady was being rude when my wife asked for our refund because we were not staying there after seeing all the roaches and she had an attitude about refunding the money
