Higher expectations when greeting your customers.
We arrived as a late check-in. The front desk guy was doing his job, but no people skills. Kinda someone you would avoid because they seem unhappy to be there. Nothing friendly or pleasant about him.
I asked about breakfast times he said 6-10. I checked out at 9:30 the next morning and went for breakfast but the doors were closed, I asked him why they closed early he said always at 9:30. I responded with you told me it closed at 10am, the front desk guys response was I meant 10am on New Years Day. Why would you tell me that, it was only the 31st. No apology and still no customer / people skills. He was still not happy to be working. I will come back with hopes of a friendly front desk employee.
