The first room was OK, but definitely not what I booked. It was a Junior Suite with a small single bed in place of a couch and more of a studio room. I always book suites, but bcuz I was allowed to check-in early, when I asked about just dropping off my bags, I accepted it.
However, by night two it was evident the a/c wasn't working bcuz it was 79 in the room even though I turned it down to 72.We asked the hotel to check it while we were out for the day, when we got back they informed us that the a/c was indeed broken and moved us to the rim next door.
This rim was exactly what I'd requested, a King suite with a lobbying rim and a bedroom. A full size couch, Jack and Jill sink, and just more space and a working a/c. The rest of the stay was perfect which is why I still gave them 4 stars.
Keep ur windows closed bcuz the fire trucks, when traffic was heavy, and police sirens can get loud. We found that out on the night we tried to get some air bcuz out room was so hot. We eventually just took cool showers & shut the windows, sleeping on top of the covers.
