Beautiful hotel with average service.

Very nice room. Nice hotel. Service was average to poor. Tried to get an ironing board one day. Called 3 times. Waited 1/2 hour between calls. Kept saying they would bring one right up. Never did get the ironing board. Seemed like everyone did the bare minimum when dealing with us. Nice hotel with nice facilities. Breakfast was good. 5 star hotel with 3 star service.

The washroom door was broken and didn't close properly. You can not control AC as it needs to be done by reception. Few items broken or damaged in the the room

building and interiors were great . Not happy with the service and attitude of the reception staff. Very rigid for smallest things . Not at all flexible in terms of late checkout, extra water bottles, buffet place very noisy. From service point, we will not recommend to anybody

The housekeeping was very clean and kind. However there was always a sewage smell every morning that they had to fix chemically. The AC in the room wasnt working and every complain i asked for it to be fixed they would say “we will do it systematically, no problem” and nothing of course. Until i made a complain to the rooms division manager and he was kind enough to offer me a suite as a room change. However it was all a lie since when i collected my things and called reception their response was “call us in 2 or 3 hours and will see if there is a room available to switch” which is very rude since its their issue to fix and the manager shouldnt offer something that he cant do. After 3 hours i had to complain to the duty manager since nothing happened and he was the rudest person i have seen working and as a “manager” not even small staff. Worst experience ever in my 50 5* hotels i have visited.

Mon séjour a d’abord très mal débuté, légèrement déçu de l’hôtel je m’attendais a un plus haut standing et la chambre était petite mais jolie J’ai dû réclame de l’eau en chambre à la réception à plusieurs reprises on ne me l’a jamais ramené. J’ai remonté ces soucis à Nilay et là dès ce moment mon séjour à complément changer ! Une personne à l’écoute, efficace, professionnelle, douce et très sensible à la satisfaction client… Vraiment c’est elle qui a changé mon séjour elle nous a immédiatement changer de chambre et à veiller à ce qu’on ne rencontre plus aucun problème tout au long du séjour merci à elle pour sa réactivité. Le petit déjeuner moyen il manque des variétés internationales 2 personnes du service petit déjeuner était vraiment agréable et gentil donc un monsieur (grand de taille et cheveux grisonnant) merci à lui pour sa gentillesse

Hotellet förtjänar inte 5 stjärnor. • Läget är dåligt. Minst 50 minuter från SAW-flygplatsen, taxi kostar över 2500 lira. Närmaste metrostation ligger 12 minuter bort till fots. Själva byggnaden är okej, men området runt omkring är rörigt och inte trevligt. • Vi bokade ett rum med två enkelsängar, men fick en queensize-säng. Efter en lång resa vill man vila direkt, men vi fick börja med att gå ner till receptionen för att byta rum. • Rummet såg okej ut vid första anblick, men långt ifrån 5-stjärnigt. Lakanset hade fläckar, damm låg överallt och man hörde grannarna tydligt genom väggarna. Gästgruppen var mest äldre och känslan var trött stämning. • Servicen håller inte 5-stjärnig nivå. Det finns mycket personal, men de känns inte särskilt trevliga eller hjälpsamma. Man förväntar sig mer när hotellet marknadsförs som lyx. • Restaurangen och frukosten var en stor besvikelse. Tallrikarna var smutsiga, borden torkades av men smutsen kastades på golvet, och maten kändes ofräsch. Man fick dricka juice i plastmuggar, glas fanns knappt. Det låg fläckar på soffor och stolar i matsalen och ingen tog ansvar.

The staff are friendly and kind. They are willing to help. They explain that the water and tea/coffee is free. The only downside was the pool was out of action during my stay. I only used the pool once.
