Cool and safe!

Get WhatsApp and coordinate your pick up from Airport with the hotel. Super easy. Just give name, date, time and flight number. The staff is so great! Good gated community. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else💚

Amazing💚

Amazing. Truly amazing. I was nervous as I had never been to Nicaragua before. Solo traveler with a small dog on an adventure, what could go wrong? Nothing😂! They picked me up at the airport and it was perfect. The staff is so kind, professional and helpful. The room was clean and cool. Breakfast is great. They serve food all day. I think I just want to live here💚. Thank you Airport X! You are a very special hotel.

No more stay here

I come to Managua on AA 3pm flight today, but I show up at the hotel at 7pm after do a lot stuff, at soon I arrived I asked for food and the receptionist Justin told me to come back in half hour, when I come back a lot people from a church on the hotel, no employees only one, I asked for a drink after see how he give drink about 20 guesses and I still waiting and when ai asked for a drink he told me I have to wait him to serve more than 50 more people when I was waited too, Iam a guess too and always come here on my trips to Managua but after this I don’t think I will come back, I go sleep now with not food and even a drink, this is frustrated and not personal at all working. I assume the GM knows about all this reservation but even that not personal working. Complete disappointment

The worst hotel ever, I didn’t even stay the night cuz it was super dirty (I have pics of how disgusting it was) request a refund through my Expedia agents and they refused to refund my money. I left the hotel right away. Also, the staff at the time of my check in were a bit mean. NEVER EEVER AGAIN!

Unsere Buchung lag dem Hotel anscheinend nicht vor und als vor uns eine große Reisegruppe kam, wollte man uns wegschicken. Erst als ich ganz beharrlich blieb, bekamen wir 2 schreckliche Zimmer im Airport Inn gegenüber das wohl zum Airport X gehört.Die Zimmer hatten keine Ablagen, wir mussten die Koffer auf den Boden stellen. Für Ablagen wäre auch kein Platz gewesen. Es gab auch nicht , wie gebucht, 2 Einzellbetten, sondern Stockbetten. Ausserdem roch es sehr stark nach Schimmel.

I booked at Managua X less than 1km from the airport. Once arriving by a taxi I had to find after being told someone from the properties would taxi me for a half the cost, the property was over booked. The guy at the front desk did his best to find a place for 3-4 groups that were overbooked. He ended up sending me 15kms from the Managua airport so at least I had a place to sleep and freshen up. Now trying to get a taxi back to the airport, waiting, waiting, and no idea at what cost. I commend the young guy from the front desk, he offered food and drinks while I waited and he did his best. However, this was not a good experience. Anyone coming to Nicaragua for the first time would not be impressed.

Excellent no frills, economical, boutique-style hotel close the airport. The room was simple, but very clean. The bed was super comfortable, including the pillows, and the AC was on point. Made-to-order food, snacks, and drinks were readily available in the lobby area, and a simple breakfast was included. Check-in was very easy and the staff was very helpful. The neighborhood was very safe - gated with security. Airport transportation is availble for about $5. The shower wasn't really hot, but was was tolerable. This isn't the Hilton, but if you're looking for a more typical local type experience at a good price, this is the place to stay. Highly recommend!
