Had a wonderful stay in unit 2D. The whole apartment was exactly what we needed. Comfortable bed, comfortable lounge, well equipped kitchen, full washing machine and dryer. Lillian the property manager is simply a beautiful person. Just sad we had to leave to head home. Will definitely booking this apartment for our next visit.

Enjoyed my staff at Wharf boutique apartments. Unit was clean and spacious and had all required amenities. Manager was very helpful and friendly. Probably would have preferred a location closer to either Surfers or Broadbeach but both were within walking distance for a fit person to reach. Cafe and dining options close by were a little limited. On site parking was good. Nice pool. Area was quiet and safe.

A home away from away

Such a wonderful stay.. The weather did not play nice so we were very grateful we had such a lovely apartment to stay in .. our apartment was so spacious & the kitchen was fully equipped .. laundry detergent supplied ample towels and toiletries. Great to have a place that accomodates for the amount of people staying eg chairs, lounge etc. Rain hail or shine we had to use the wonderful pool and spa which was heated to perfection. Wifi was great service and an updated smart tv. The location is great with tram services close by and eating places a few minutes drive away. Lillian our host was exceptional from the amazing communication, easy check in & out and accommodating our car I can not say enough about her she was wonderful. Thank you for making our stay very enjoyable our little girl did not want to leave. Hope to return soon Julietta, Jim & Anela WA

Loved our stay, so handy to have the beach and tram so close by! 26 and sunny does an ok coffee (free extras like syrups and extra shots due to it being $7 for a small cup) if you need a proper caffeine hit, or the apartments provide all the basics for those that aren’t snobby :) didn’t need to bring anything except clothing, the beds are comfy, water is hot and it’s so handy having a laundry in the apartment! Spa is huge, pool was fine to swim in even though we were there in cold weather. No complaints at all, we look forward to staying again.

The unit was spacious, well equipped, self contained. We appreciated its proximity to the beach and cafes. We had a late arrival time booked - the process was easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a window that could not be closed. This impacted the air conditioning. Also, on arrival there were ice cubes on the balcony, as if a drink had been emptied there prior to our arrival.

When we arrived the building was closed and it was before 3pm. We called and called and after waiting for over an hour in the rain, we were told that the cleaners hadn’t turned up that day so our room wasn't ready and the air conditioning was broken. We couldn’t believe it. We asked for a refund so that we could leave, but was then assured that they would have a room ready for us shortly. More waiting. We finally got to our room. It was clean and tidy, just something terribly tacky on the tiles. Had to wear shoes all the time. The place is a little old and really noisy from the street noise. Kitchen was large and well appointed. Not much of a view of the beach now that those 3 sisters monstrosities were built. Overall it was a terribly start to an average stay. We won’t be staying here again.
