有廚房設備且乾淨，但沒有抽風機。洗澡蓮蓬頭是固定式且古老式。車就停門口，人聲車聲都聽的清楚。房間大，有後院。櫃台人員很客氣友善，但常不在。

乾淨清潔 櫃檯人很客氣 環境安靜 浴室比較小但是無傷大雅 距離te anau稍微比較遠(走路10分鐘左右) 建議自駕的人可以住在這裡(每個房間有自己的車位) wifi是吃到飽的 有時會小小的卡一下 離開的時候剛好看到彩虹

great location, great room, would totally stayagai

loved the motel. great lication, great room, goid size with a tiny, but sufficient kitchen, great space for sitting area. since it was off-season, it was self check in, but when I called the number to confirm we were leaving luggage in storage for a few days (while we were tramoing the Milford Track) as agreed ahead of time, the owner answered on the first & only call & took care of it. the room was clean both times we stayed. loved it. only complaint is the laundry room could use a clean. maybe not once a day, but like once every few months maybe. The one washer & dryer both worked great, but that room needs a vaccuum especially the multy-layer of cobwebs all over.

Very old, run down and desperately needed a clean. Broken curtain rail, sheets too small for the bed, had to rewash coffee cups etc. 3 star is a stretch, absolutely not worth the $180 per night

We will never stay here again or tell our friends to stay here, because they advertised a Queen size bed but they failed to mention that it was two single ensembles joined together by a large zip right down the middle of the bed making it very uncomfortable to get a good night's sleep. It collapsed in the middle. A very dated room, needs a face lift and way overpriced for what we received.

The property is well priced and conveniently located however the room was not adequately cleaned/vacuumed and is very outdated. All dishes and kitchen pans had to be washed before using as they were not clean. Beds not great. The kitchen was however well outfitted. Toilet was very clean and the linens were soft and fresh/clean. Shower door leaked water over the floor and the shower had some mold patches on the floor. There was no staff on site, key was left taped to the door when we arrived at 4:00 p.m. This was the most disappointing accommodation we have yet experienced during our New Zealand trip.

Good choice for Te Anau

Alphnorn is on a residential street that also has several other small motels. It is a short walk (using a cut-through) to the lake front and not far to restaurants and shopping, We appreciated having a kitchenette and separate bedroom. The front office was not open during the time we were there, but the keys were left for us and a note on the door gave a phone number to call if needed.

I didnt like anything. It was old and outdated. Stains all over carpet. Took us three phone calls to get onto someone to advise we would be arriving late. Then the key was put in an envelope and attached to the reception door. With everyone else's keys.

Room for improvement

The place was not very clean. There was a stain on the double bedsheet. The kitchen utensils, pots, plates, bowls, cups and glasses were not properly cleaned. The laundry room was quite dirty. The living room sofa looked worn off. The nicest place of this motel room was the bathroom. The motel office was closed most of the time and hence, we were not able to let them know our concerns.

Me gustó la localización. No me gustó: encontrar menaje para cocinar sucio, debajo de los cojines de los sillones restos de comida, ropa de cama muy vieja, las toallas si estaban bien. No hay personal en recepción, solo teléfono para contactar. Pero sobre todo tienen que mejorar la limpieza en general.
