Great hotel, great value. Luxury near BJX!

This was a wonderful spot. It's like an oasis away from everything, and not a box hotel. I was concerned by the cost-effective price, but it excels in all ways. It's like a little resort. A great spot to rest before an early AM flight. It's on the flight path from the airport, but no noise after the latest flight and earliest. (10:00pm - 5:30am). Great pool. Nice bar and restaurant. This will be my go-to hotel (resort) for BJX airport from now-on.

We were dropped off by Uber with 3 large, 2 medium & 2 hand carries. We had to ask for a push cart & the room was located quite a distance away. Good thing one of the worker's noticed & assisted us to our room. The room was really nice, clean, spacious, but we were surprised that the towels were older & 1 had a hole in it.

The room i got was near some sort of dog kennel the dogs barked all night long and more often than not the barking went on for up 10-15 mins in the middle of the night! Also the first night I arrived the sheets had not been changed and the reception staff said nothing can be done til the next day because housekeeping had gone home for the day. Next day no change of sheets and room not cleaned! I couldn’t sleep with the loud incessant dogs barking that I ended up checking out 3 days earlier 😖 it was awful being deprived of sleep and having to sleep on dirty sheets two nights in a row. Definitely will NOT stay there again!

TUve una muy mala experiencia al final de mi estancia, pague 100 pesos hora adicional por poder dejar a mi niñera con mi bebé en el cuarto, hable con recepción y le comente que pagaba el adicional y si por cuestiones de trabajo se extendía más yo iba a entregar la habitación y pagaba las horas, la señora de intendencia fue a tocar varias veces y estaba presionando para salir, mi niñera se sintió muy acosada y cuidada cuando es un servicio adicional que se está pagando no se está regalando y se paga para mantener privacidad y comodidad

Hotelaso ! Familiar muy, muy recomendable. Buen bar, buen restaurante. Lo único que le faltó a lo a habitación es una cafetera, pues el restaurante aunque dicen que abre a las 7:00 en realidad abren hasta las 7:30 aprox.

Llovió y el agua se mete por el tragaluz, se hizo un charco dentro de la habitación El agua del alberca estaba fría El buffet es muy malo, pocas opciones, todo con chile (iba con un niño) y las papas y burritos duros. El costo del desayuno es de $250

El hotel esta en excelentes condiciones, aunque el gimnasio estaba fuera de servicio. El desayuno muy variado y exquisito y con la promoción de 2x1 entre semana mejor. Referente a la ubicación esta algo aislado y con acceso complicado, ademas de que no hay opciones de comida alrededor El problema fue con la reservación, no me la querian respetar debido a que habian sobrevendido los cuartos, a pesar de que ya lo habia cubierto. Despues de mucho discutir se pudo mantener.

Hotel is really nice but staff needs improvement

The hotel itself is beautiful the front desk is very friendly, the rooms are really nice but the rooms are not clean, if you look under the bed you will see a lot of dust, same in the closets, the door of the bathroom where I stayed never got cleaned it had a stain of what what seemed to be soap or toothpaste. The service in the restaurant is very poor, they have the staff but they are unprofessionals, especially during breakfast and lunch, the dinner crew was more attentive and more kind specially Lizbeth she was very friendly. The cleaning staff some of them are friendly others very rude. The place has a lot of potential but staff is not the best. They also have private events that seemed to end at midnight, if you stay close to the private even room you won't be able to sleep until they finish because the noise is very loud, There's no coffee/tea maker in the rooms like the restaurant says. The price is very good for the location and the size of the rooms but whoever manages the hotel needs to work in the staff, probably some outside professional customer service training. Overall is a good place to stay.
