On a 6 day trip, this was by far the most comfortable bed. Absolutely amazing. I slept like a rock because it was quiet and safe in the surrounding area. The complementary breakfast at Lumberjacks restaurant hit the spot. Overall, a really great experience.

We stopped here on a road trip and were delighted. The front desk staff, especially Leslie, were warm and kind. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast at the Lumberjack was exactly what we needed, and we were able to find a spot nearby to walk the dogs. 10/10 would stay again.

Lousy stay at surestay plus.

A dump. Chairs dirty, hair dryer broken, dirty outside, food was terrible. They serve a “special” menu for guests not the regular menu. One of the staff said don’t eat the meals with vouchers, pay and order off regular menu,much better

Conveniently located on our drive to Utah. Parking was difficult, no elevator so getting our luggage to the room was not easy since we couldn't park close and we were on the 2nd floor. When we arrived our door to the room was open.

Staff was pleasant, room smelled like mold but went away while the window was open. The big problem is they charged us for the room even though we paid through Expedia. I was told they were fixing it but it hasn’t been fixed yet.

I don’t understand the good reviews. Our hotel room was noisy, the a/c was incredibly loud and woke us up every time it switched on. The area is not good. The only bright spot was the breakfast- but because you’re from the hotel you get poor service at the restaurant. I won’t return.

Exactly what you would expect from a room in Susanville. Nothing bad or really great about the property but the staff was very friendly and accommodating and made it an enjoyable stay. Will stay there again when work brings me that way.
