The hotel staff stood out. They were all very kind, from those in the food/bar area to the front desk. Very helpful, as needed, and very friendly and professional. Due to a ventilation problem in our original assigned room, for 1 night, we were luckily moved to another that was open. Front desk staff were responsive and worked hard to ensure that our stay was going to be, ultimately, problem-free.

Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious clean room but do not leave food lying around or the ants will arrive from outside. Mainly quiet but you do hear people going past your room so not totally soundproof. Handy onsite restaurant.

Great stop close to the airport

Decent place with warm reception. Room was clean and comfortable. Great place if you want a stay close to the airport. No elevators so you may need to carry luggage upstairs.

It was just a night stay before jumping on a plane from the auckland airport, but it was really pleasant. The hotel was sort of arty place. The colour of the room was also beautiful too. Nice and comfy place. The access to the airport was simple and easy.
