Very worn
Staff were fine but facilities and conditions are terrible, it is a beautiful property that is literally falling apart, very badly in need of repairs just about everywhere, even the ice machine is broken, I was directed to Foodland. Why you have let this property fall in to such disrepair is beyond me

Room is getting slightly outdated, ir in need of repair, as is rest of building. Location is true selling point. Down sides our room sliding door was broke. So couldn't access outdoor space. Also steps everywhere & heavy hard doors to open. Not great for any mobility issues.

Unwelcome visitor
We have stayed at Royal Harbour several times over the last few years. Generally, it was good, but our most recent experience was highly disappointing, causing us to leave a day early. Finding a mouse in the kitchen sink was disconcerting. We reported it to the front desk, and they were apologetic and stated they would make arrangements to have a maintenance person come in to our room. My wife didn’t want to stay any longer, so we left before he arrived. We were able to live capture the mouse, and took it to a wooded area to release it. It’s unfortunate that this happened, because the resort is in a great location, but we just don’t feel comfortable staying there anymore.

This trip was not so good, even though the location of this property is great. Very old and low maintenance, carpet in the suit was too dirty to walk on , feel dusty. TV network was not working. I hope management pay attention to well maintained the building and cleaning services. The pool at the property is just in front of , front desk , no privacy .

Old and outdated suite, the blinds were torn and carpet ripped. It was clean and spacious but needs some upkeep and updating. Great location, but would not want to stay in the suite longer than the 1-2 nights I was there.

Worst suite ever
O was very upset by the suite we were assigned. It was not as the pictures indicated. A glass light cover almost falling off bathroom ceiling, all the blinds were broken and cords hanging, carpets have rips and stains, not full size kitchen appliances, no decor (beds with just sheets - nothing on the walls), graffiti on living room wall! What is there was very clean (kitchen, bathrooms) but hasn’t been maintained or updated since the building was built. Location is superb and rest of hotel is well maintained. Very disappointed.
