Nice but not good
Great location to the mouse but $40 and night to park is too extreme. There is a sign prior to parking lot that says to use your hotel key to access the garage but the garage are was always up. The room was clean but they only clear your room every other day and the bed was horrible, after a long day at the mouse you need a nice comfortable bed, not hard plywood mattress.

Noisy and a little run down
Front staff were all wonderful and helpful! Room was a little run down and cleanliness could be improved. Pool area is tiny and no hot tub. Breakfast gets extremely busy and was mediocre but fine considering it is included. Biggest issue was it was very loud all nights we were there the walls/floors are extremely thin.

Great location down the street from Disney. Walking distance. The free continental breakfast is big and great but is CRAZY BUSY all morning and like an unorganized Disney Land but the staff does great keeping up. The Hotel charges $40 a day to park which isn’t stated in the listing and I loath hidden fees and being charged to park in addition to a reservation. LAME

Noisy
This hotel is very nice and in a great location. The breakfast was good. I only reason I give this hotel a 3.5 was because the noise from upstairs was extremely loud. We can hear bins rolling and thumping, we must’ve been under one of the hotel laundry rooms. The noise was loud at night making it difficult to sleep.

Best place for peaceful sleep
Our family of 4 (2 teens) stayed here and we all had plenty of room and slept comfortably with 2 queens and twin bunks. The hotel was incredibly quiet, considering everything going on around it. The walk to Disneyland wasn't bad. There's also the option to jump on the bus system (ART) that takes you to the front gate. Breakfast was good. Bedding was nice and comfortable. Staff was nice and let us check-in very early, which was awesome.

Lying Marketing Team
“Disney view” room just means you’ll be on the outside half and woken up by traffic noise. “Heated pool” means they won’t let it freeze over. “View fireworks from the roof” means if you stand on your tip toes and squint you might just see them through the glass. Hotel was overall good, clean, in a great location but the marketing team should be fired.

Not staying here again
Beware: You’ll be charged $35 per night for parking, and the security in the parking garage is poor. Breakfast wasn’t regularly restocked, the trash cans were full, and there were no utensils. The tiny outdoor pool is too deep for young kids and has green algae, making it unsuitable for them. The fold-away bed even had food underneath it, left by previous guests. The only positive is the location, which is within walking distance to Disneyland. There are plenty of better hotels to choose from.

Thin walls, but pretty decent place
walls are very thin. sounded like the guests above is had an elephant. every foot step sounded like a stomp. the neighbors next to us were talking and laughing late into the night. I couldn't believe how the sound carried. room was nice and big. counch bed wasn't comfortable. my daughter said she could feel the springs, and she has no issue sleeping on a floor! normal beds were nice. it was clean, but could have been cleaner. the place is showing signs of wear and tear. breakfast is good. pool was fairly warm considering it was January and cold out. parking a car is $30 a night. overall, I would stay again.

For being a Marriott property was not impressed with the comfort of the bed. You can feel the springs. Sheets, had hair woven into them. Same with all the towels looked very old and dingy. Looks like they need to start buying some new towels. Bathroom could use a good cleaning in between guests looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Mold was starting in the grout and was pretty gross in comparison to other hotels. I’ve stayed at for less money.
