At arrival, one room was give (room 301) which was beyond expectation. Very dirty floor, dirty microwave, not functioning fridge, windows so filthy you could not see through them, balcony doors not falling on the locks, door handles stained with pigeon poo: just horrible. Went to the clerk at reception who mentioned there were no other rooms and displayed a very not-interested nasty attitude. When asked for a full refund, he called the manager and all of a sudden, another room was available. This was room 405. Went to inspect this room as same story as 301. Not acceptable at all. Finally room 306 was shown and and this appeared to be a little better. However, the floor and furniture were very dusty bathroom was now finally OK and acceptable: however the level of cleanliness was not. I ended up cleaning the floor and furniture myself and asked for a mop and cleaning detergent. Delivered was a very black dirty mob and no detergent at all. Guy..this is the level of the Avataar hotel. Breakfast on the top floor is a big joke. except for the view. Dirty stained cups and ended up with rash on my tongue. I took just one day breakfast only where I only drank the tea wit this result. Positive matter is the water pressure and warmth of the shower. ON the first day of breakfast I met the manager/owner? who wanted to have my opinion and would connect with me later on. I briefly shared my experience and never heard from him again. This hotel is a big rip off.
