I made a reservation, but they didn't know it when i called the hotel before my departure. So I called expedia to contact the hotel, after half hour, I was told the reservation was confirmed. Unfortunately, when i was there, the staff still had no information about my reservation from their computer, just did a new checkin since they have spare rooms. I cannot think what could happen if there is no room left!
