Falsely advertised and under renovation. Unsafe!
The room was not as advertised and not what we paid for. We were not provided accommodations for a family of four. The second bed did not exist as advertised and my children had to sleep on the couch and one in between my wife and I which did not allow me to sleep. This is besides the below issues: We were not able to check in at 3pm as advertised due to the room not being ready. My family sat in the parking lot for 45 minutes and when we came back in they had an internet issue and we were unable to check in for another 45 minutes. The entire hotel was being painted inside and out, I had to ask the gentleman spraying paint over the lobby entrance to stop because the lobby was full of families and the overspray and fumes were blowing in and becoming overwhelming. The painters were also using heavy equipment at the entrance with people having to walk under and around them, extremely unsafe! The Hotel was full of paint overspray and construction dust that made it difficult to breathe as there was NO VENTILATION! All of the windows including the one in our room were covered in plastic and preventing us from getting fresh air or providing any ventilation or relief from the debris and fumes in the air. The room air conditioner did not blow cold air and provided no relief from the paint fumes and construction dust in the air. Falsely advertised and being renovated with no regard to the safety of their guests.

False advertisement. Do not stay here
Well where to start I booked this room having no idea this hotel was under construction. When I arrived i was put in a room directly beneath a room being demolished. The floors were disgusting and stained as was every item of furniture. I took photos. So stained and gross i had to wear shoes the entire time because the one time I was barefoot my feet became black. Also they were power spray painting so my bathroom filled with toxic paint fumes all day. So bad I had to block to bathroom door with a towel to trap them in. None of the amenities advertised were available. The hot tub was drained, the gym was closed, the parking lot was full of old furniture and construction vehicles. And they started banging and demolishing at 6 am everyday right above my room. This was unbelievable. When I tried to bring this to the attention of the manager she seemed annoyed with me for even complaining. To top it off you are charging almost $200 a night for this hole of a hotel. That's the price i would pay for a nice Hilton or Marriott room. The manager discounted my stay by 20$ a night and thought that was sufficient. This was false advertising and I would have never ever stayed here had this been presented truthfully. For 200 a night I thought I was getting a nice place to stay. I plan to complain further and get a refund. This was disgusting.

Very comfortable hotel- clean, spacious room, comfortable bed, friendly and easy check-in, free parking, and my little dog was welcome too. Free coffee, tea, and water in the lobby (cafe area) 24 hours.

Hands down the best hotel I’ve stay at in a while
I came into town for a concert and booked a room here. My first impression was how friendly the staff was right from the moment I walked in. Once checked in, I got to my room and was surprised at how spacious it was. Everything was very clean from the bathroom to the bed room and everything in between. The bed was definitely the highlight of my stay. I’ve never slept in a more comfortable bed than the one at this hotel. The sheets were the softest, the mattress was so comfy and the pillows were extra fluffy. The next morning there was a nice breakfast that was out and the dining area was also clean and spacious. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Running water
The toilet in our room (106) ran every few minutes. We mentioned this to the front desk and we're told, "the building was under renovation. A chronic issue should not wait for the renovation, it should be taken care of. There was a sign above the toilet on the towel rack urging "save the environment" referring reuse of the towels. Well, fix the annoying running toilet.
