The staff is great and the breakfast is good. Our only issue is that we had to fight the temp in our room a bit. The staff helped and did a good job but it would cut off constantly (motion detection maybe) at night and the room would get very warm. As I said the staff was very attentive to the situation.

the room was clean but had a very bad smell either from the bathroom or the air-con which was constant in our stay. We also spoke with staff about it but they could not find a solution. we had to use perfume to spray in the room.

Great location, close to station , restaurants, shops and transport. Room was basic but quiet and comfortable, with good spacious bathroom, shower pressure . Fantastic restaurant on site for breakfast and all meals. Luggage storage as well!

킹스크로스역 바로 옆이었고 조식이 정말 맛있었습니다
시설도 깔끔했지만 실내 와이파이가 잘 안터지는건 좀 아숩....그래도 조식음식들과 특히 커피가 기가맥혔어요!!!

Hôtel très bien situé. Proche métro, bus… il y a un restaurant dans l’hôtel pour prendre le petit déjeuner et manger les autres repas. Quartier animé avec beaucoup de commerces. Le contact avec le personnel s’est très bien passé.

reception wake up at 3:30AM for check that not water was coming from the bathroom. For sure not. Maintenance schematic should be available to avoid it.
No electricity during 4 hours the first day.

Très bien desservi!! Propre!! Les seuls bémols: nous étions côté rue et c’est pas assez isolé. Entre les Klaxons et les gens qui crient, on entendait tout.
Un agent hôtelier qui parle plusieurs langues serait un plus.
Il manquait aussi, une brosse pour les toilettes.
Sinon, très bon séjour. Un buffet à volonté pour le petit déjeuner avec tout ce qu’il faut!! C’était top!! Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel, c’est sûr!!

Bem localizado próximo estação, mas esperava mais pelo preço e pela avaliações, estava limpo, mas não teve mais limpezas, mesmo deixando a placa para limpeza do quarto. De qualquer forma, o quarto atendeu bem nossa família.
