My third stay and another excellent one! After a long day's activities it is nice to return to a comfortable room in a quiet hotel. This time I stayed in a room with a stovetop. A huge plus as I cooked my own meals inside my room! Hotel location is very close to great restaurants and grocery stores and walking to town plaza takes about 15 minutes. The hotel management and staff never disappoint. I always consider Caribo Cozumel before looking at other accommodations on the island.

It is a very nice hotel, and because its a boutique it is different than a standard hotel. First I had a kitchen in my room. There was also a larger kitchen downstairs that we can use. And there is fresh coffee every morning for free, which is a nice plus. Even better was the staff, which are the owner Cindy, and admin Cecilia and Jorge. They are so nice and extremely helpful. I had a medical issue and they made phone calls and found me the best place to go for treatment. Also great about providing info on things to do and even arranged a good boat snorkeling trip for me. The location is great as well, very near numerous restaurants and lots of shopping, and close to the beach & ferry.

The owner was onsite and was extremely personable. She shared her vision of having her property as a boutique hotel - she is well on her way. Along with a mini fridge in the room there is a functional community kitchen for those wanting to buy and cook their own food. I was eating out and there was a cute little cafe for breakfast about 1 1/2 blocks away and Casa Mexicana for dinner (deemed 1of top 2 restaurants in Cozumel) about 3 blocks away.

Super friendly, nice and clean with great outdoor space to hang out. The coffee is the morning is a nice perk, and we like being able to prepare breakfast in kitchen. I recommend.

Caribo Cozumel is my go-to hotel on the island. Very clean accommodations, clean amenities, excellent service, excellent staff. Location of hotel is close to good restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. The hotel's community kitchen received a wonderful upgrade helping make meal preparation there very nice. I already booked my next stay at Caribo Cozumel.

Honestly no complaints about this property. Another blanket or pillow would have been nice. Its about a 10-15 min walk into the thick of downtown but we did this walk several times day and night with absolutely no problems. Would stay here again without hesitation.

The property itself is great. The area around it has limited dining options and heavy traffic/traffic noise. The noise dies down about 10PM and doesn't start up again until 6:30 AM. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good value.

Für mich ist diese Unterkunft ein paradiesisches kleines Juwel! Perfekt, um sich nach einem Tauchgang wieder aufzuladen und mit anderen Tauchern oder Weltenbummlern auszutauschen, aber auch um sich in Ruhe zurückzuziehen. Alle Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet, die Besitzer sind sehr herzlich und helfen einem mit allen möglichen Belangen weiter, so wie alle Mitarbeiter auch. Es gibt die Möglichkeit, seine Wäsche zu waschen und man kann sich in einer kleinen Gemeinschaftsküche (in der morgens ab 7:00 Uhr kostenlos Kaffee bereitgestellt wird!) alles zubereiten, was das Herz begehrt. Ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar, um die Zutaten zu besorgen, aber auch zahllose Restaurants und Streetkitchen. Es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten rund um den kleinen Pool, auf verschiedenen Terrassenebenen und in den Zimmern selbst. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und haben große gemütliche Betten, gute Klimaanlagen und fast alle ein eigenes Badezimmer. Einige Zimmer haben ein eigenes Waschbecken oder sogar eine kleine Kitchenette und einen Fernseher, je nach Kategorie. Wer einen Vier Sterne Service erwartet, ist hier falsch. Wer aber authentische Herzlichkeit und eine schöne Zeit in gemütlicher Atmosphäre erwartet, ist hier richtig! Ich werde immer wieder hier herkommen, wenn ich auf Cozumel bin!
