My second stay. I chose a bigger room whch was nicer. The cucumber sandwiches was a nice surprise but I was disappointed that I did not get my free wine this time. I also prefer a key rather than the electronic key pad which is difficult to use, I will use again in the future.

The rooms are in a great location only a few minutes walk from Kings Cross station in a quiet residential area. The room is compact, but well furnished and very comfortable. The staff are terrific - very prompt and considerate. There are a number of really nice small touches that make a big impact - breakfast trolley, drinks in the fridge, extra pillows. Mathis was a grea place to stay

The communication from this hotel was excellent. It needs to be as it would be quite confusing without their support, but as I say they support very well. It's a lovely place to stay with a few added perks that really make it special. I'll be back.

Chaotic. The hotel is made up of 3 town houses that are not connected! Hotels.com information sent me to the correct building but the door code did not work. Luckily i found a hotel contact number and a VERY helpful guy led me to another town house some 100 meters away. My chosen room was not avaliable in this building and i was offered another room which was by the front door which was banging clised all night The advertisement in Hotels.com suggested £16 of free drinks etc ..... maybe £8 is more accurate Sorry, not for me at that price !

Really clean rooms. Small, but such a great location and price for that area. Easy walking distance to tube and Eurostar trains. Loved the easy proximity to food and pubs as well. Lovely welcome sandwich and snacks provided at the hotel was just icing on top of the cake. Definitely recommend The Rokxy Townhouse.

I stayed in the Penthouse, which confusingly wasn't on the top floor, but not a major favtor as that's not why I chose the room. The room and hotel were suprisingly welcoming with some complementary snacks and drinks. The area is also quite quiet at night, which helped for an easier sleep. But the mattress was too soft, if i sat up in the bed i could feel the slats.

The stay was fantastic, The bed was comfy, the welcome gift of jam, the sandwiches, the drinks and the pots of tea the following morning were all very welcome. We would definitely return next time we are in London.

Mutton dressed as lamb. Service is good, but this is like trying to sprinkle glitter on a piece of sh*t. My room was in a basement with no windows or air on. Tiny shower, musty damp smell, flaking paint in walls. And a bed not too dissimilar from a guest fold up bed

overall good experience but the window was broken and jammed open, which the hotel could not fix that evening (rm 12) so had to sleep with it open which made for a noisy night and bad nights sleep.
