The place was decent for the price and once i got there i understood why it was so much cheaper than Las Americas, the hotel I usually stay. For the price it's a great hotel, clean, good service, good breakfast, the restaurant could have better food options for the day. It is "far" and not that "easy" walk to downtown Cartagena, but it's very close to the airport. Again, all th staff was great, and it was very clean, pool has games for kids, and there is also a kid's area. Right outside there is a 2km nice circuit to run Moving in taxi is very easy and accessible

Overall, the hotel is very good (it’s showing its age but it’s being renovated, no big issues here). It’s across the beach and very close to the main tourist attractions. Food was very good and the staff was very welcoming. The only big complain that I have is the some personal stuff and souvenirs were taken from my room. And when I reported this to hotel’s security the response I received was a typical “maybe you forgot to pack them. Can you contact your family and ask them to look for them at home?”. He didn’t bother to make a report and the nobody from the hotel got back to me.
