I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this hotel was disappointing enough to warrant one. While I want to acknowledge that the employees on the ground were doing their best and were genuinely kind and helpful, it's clear they’re being let down by terrible management.
The check-in process was a complete mess. Unorganized, slow, and frustrating. I waited over 4 hours due to a booking issue that was completely out of my control, despite having a confirmed reservation, and no one seemed to know what was going on. There was zero communication or sense of urgency from the front desk supervisors.
Despite my repeated efforts to get help, no one from management stepped in to resolve the situation. In the end, I had to sort it out myself just to get a room. And to make matters worse, I was forced to pay full price of an additional full room just to finally get the one room I had already reserved and PAID for.
The concierge service was equally useless, offering no solutions, no empathy, and at times, completely absent.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Never again.
