Had a nice time here. Location is good and parking is aplenty. The rooms were nicely decorated as all the M hotels are. However the kettle and tea coffee location was a bit odd next to the toilet and slightly hidden.

Noisy and unclean

The rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear everything going on in other rooms and hallway, including the sound of the lift and water noises in the pipes. The staff were helpful in that they immediately moved us to another room, but there the air conditioning vents from other rooms rattled our windows which completely prevented sleep. On the second night, having complained our room was changed again - while the sound in this room was better, the bathroom was mouldy and had hatched insect casings in it. In general, the beds are uncomfortable and rooms are very small.

It was comfortable and value for money. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only set back in our Superior is lack of spaces to place small items w.f. Watch , purse, accessories as there were no shelves, racks or table in the room. And no chairs to sit on.

This is a great concept hotel. I can't give it more stars, however, due to it's out of the way location and the condition. Our room had a neat African safari theme, but that doesn't matter when there is dirt crusted in the corners of the bathroom, torn towels, and torn throw pillows. Do not expect to stroll to close by convenience stores or eateries - hotel is in an industrial location and quite isolated. Still, if you have transportation, this can be a fun one night stop.

A few repairs needed.

Lovely hotel just a few things missing .. like water glasses in the room! Water was provided but nothing to drink from. The lamps in the room could only be switched off at the mains and the socket was loose on the wall. Otherwise almost everything was lovely. The location is about 10 mins from the station so reasonably handy especially with a “grab”.

The water heater & water pressure were not consistent. The sound proof of the room need to improve as we could hear the drinkers’ voices at the oppt bar in the night, very noisy. 1st night stay, TV faulty, 2nd night stay, the toilet bowl choked. But hotel staffs are friendly.

The hotel is definitely IG worthy with it’s decor and theme rooms but the noises from adjacent rooms and road noise are bad. The hotel should consider installing double glasses to minimize the road noises especially from loud exhausts motorcycles. Loud closing doors and thin walls were quite unbearable, glad my stay was only one night.

A very quiet place with ample parking space for either paid or free. Has a nice bar just across the street. There is also a famoud curry mee just a few shops away and a kopitiam restaurant along the opposite row. And just 10mins drive to the downtown attractions.
