The staff made sure that our stay is comfortable. Shout out to Ruth who went out her ways in making sure our stay have that home away from home feel, thank you very much. We have stayed here before and we like the place. The difference then and now is the breakfast choices. It has more to offer then.

Over scrutinized at check-in. When the person in front of me had NOT received the same treatment at check-in right before my eyes! The hotel was undergoing extensive renovations without properly securing the working areas for security of the guests. And the Renovation was not advertised while booking. The mattress was very thin and NOT what you expect of anything that has the Hilton name beside it….disappointing. Because my children had to go back to the room to change into proper attire to walk through the renovations we arrived at the restaurant at 10:01 and they denied us service, without even offering something to take to the room. The service was extremely poor. DO NOT RECOMMEND find another place to stay!!!

Whenever we come to town for a holiday weekend with my family, they always have great service. The homewood suites by Hilton hotel staff at the Ajax location are kind, helpful and welcoming. My children enjoy their pool! They are currently renovating and we’re loving how it’s coming along.

Hotel was under renovations so there was noise. Our room faced the 401 and there was a lot of traffic noise. Our room was clean but bedding was show its age…grey not white. The bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was not great.

It was a beautiful hotel it is under construction but the floor they put us on had already been renovated after we unpacked everything put all our belongings away and food I discovered the kitchen floor had water so I called the front desk the sent maintenance asap but he informed us the dishwasher was not properly installed then said they would give us another suit on another floor we had to pack everything up and move to another floor the maintenance man was very nice after we put everything in our wagon he helped us move and we went swimming and when we returned to our suit internet was out for around 45 minutes my grandson was very upset his iPad is his live But besides that the breakfast was excellent and the workers were very nice

Stayed Feb 27-March 2 in accessible room 507. Appreciated the size of the bathroom & bedroom for my husband with walker. Staff were nice and accommodating. Pool looked inviting. Also liked that there were separate temperature controls in bed and living room. Misses: the room curtains did not close - there were filmy ones across the windows but the main curtains didn’t close. In the bathroom, the curtain was poorly installed in the roll-in shower and water always got over the floor. In the kitchen area - there were 4piece settings of cups, glasses, plates and bowls but only 3forks and 1 knife; no dish soap or tea towel; poor choice of coffee maker. Living room was just a couch and TV unit. Unfortunately the gym area was closed for renovations the entire time we were there - was not aware of that at time of booking. Renovations could be disturbing at times - but not as bad as I feared. Breakfast was essentially the same all 3 days we were there - would have appreciated a little more variety. My suggestions for improving the guest experience: 1. Install blackout curtains; 2. Kuerig coffee makers in each guest room; 3. Tea towel and dish soap so guests have option to not run the very loud dishwasher; 4. Add a small occasional table and a chair to the living room (or table in living room and chair in bedroom); 5. Offer ice water in the lobby/breakfast area throughout the day.

We have stayed at this property 3 or 4 times and this will be the last time. We always book the two bedroom suite for a group of 4 or 5 sisters. It has gotten increasingly dirty and this time it felt like a cheap motel. We understand that you are upgrading decor but for $413.00 for one night we expect a lot better accommodation. For blankets on the bed they used mattress covers with attached bed skirts. Gross. Bedding is all wrinkled. Makes you wonder if it is laundered. That was on both Queen beds. The sofa and chairs were very dirty. I hate to think of the carpet. We find this very disappointing because it was the perfect location for us to gather.
