8/10 Very good

Great budget hotel

Clean room. Temperature was perfect no air or heater needed. Had a microwave, fridge, freezer, tv with limited channels. Staff was friendly and checking in and out was easy.

Budget Inn does great for travelers to a wedding.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The microwave and the desk lamp needed attention, but they worked.

Everyone was very friendly. Easy to park. There isn’t much in amenities but for the price it kind of doesn’t really matter.

This is my first time visiting the budget inn, and it was a better experience than the last two motels I stayed at in this area. The staff on site were very friendly, I will be back.

6/10 Good

It was quiet and convenient to restaurants downtown. The hair dryer didn’t work and the bed wasn’t that comfortable. Front office staff was nice. It was clean but could use some updating. The refrigerator door wouldn’t stay closed.

This is the Budget it, so expect only the basics. The property was nice - no issues and a good value.

Really nice Overnighter

Even though they did not have continental breakfast available like it described on hotels.com the stay overall was very pleasant. The owners were super nice and very friendly!

Housekeeping actually helped us carry our bags down to vehicle on a rainy morning before checkout. Room 212 was clean and large. Hot shower. We have stayed here several times and will in the future. Front desk couple is very nice.

No breakfast as listed on Hotels.com

Disappointed to find out at checkin that no breakfast as listed on hotels.com. Wouldn’t have booked here if I’d known. Some updating done, large room but towels small and soaps minuscule. Friendly owners. Met our needs.

4/10 Fair

Old uncomfortable bed, very few amenities, male owner was nice, what we assumed was his wife cares more about money than good customer service. Had to drive a few miles for dining options.

Clean, quiet room.

Room was clean. I picked this hotel because breakfast was included when I booked. At checkin i was told that they had not offered breakfast for seversl years. The room also had an electric wire coming out of the wall not hooked up to anything...see photos. Could have been very dangerous if touched.

Not family friendly

Cheap. But ok maintained motel. Office was locked to return the key at 8am...so no breakfast was available. While bed was good reserved a king and got placed in a handicap efficiency with a double?? Same price

This was my second time staying here. I had the same room as the weekend before. The room was small but clean. I just booked a double bed. It had a nice size fridge, but the freezer needs a defrost. I also didn't see the TV remote in the room this time, but I had my computer to watch, so I wasn't overly bothered. There is no one at the desk before 8am and after 11pm so be aware of that. But the room is good for what I needed and the price was reasonable. Would stay here again.

no one there when i wanted to check in about 6pm. sign said they would be back in a few minutes, after 15 minutes i called both numbers listed on sign, both went to voice mail. got a call back and was told a key was left for me in a hiding spot. asked for wifi password and he texted me the p.w. but what he typed was wrong, i did eventually figure out that one of the capital letters was to be lower case. no ice in ice machine, wasn't on. pop machine was empty. office locked next morning when i wanted to check out, no one around again. room was clean, bed was comfortable.
Lisa, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The room was very nice and clean. The issues I had were that there was no outdoor lighting near a step down in the sidewalk and I almost fell when leaving in the dark in the morning. Also, there was a handheld shower head that was just hanging by wire rather than on a swivel that could be used to actually spray downward like a regular shower. The front desk person was very friendly and efficient, but when I left around 6 am the desk was not staffed and there was a sign that said no checkins after 12 pm. This was not an issue for me but I feel like this should have been spelled out in the booking confirmation in case anyone got in late. Overall it was still a decent hotel.

2/10 Poor

I can’t actually rate this as a stay, only as a booking. When my friend and I pulled into the parking lot we knew we were in trouble. The Motel had no sign. The town of Williamsport was packed because of the little league World Series, but this motel had only 4 cars in an overgrown parking lot. 2 room doors were open and the man, woman standing in the open doorways looked like they were ready to make some sort of shady deal. It was scary. The “Lobby” was a small shabby room, small counter, and a desk chair that looked like it was trash picked more than once…Explained to the man behind the counter we could not stay there, and he let us know a refund or credit was not possible, since we booked through an online third party. We still left. My friend said he wasn’t sure if he was up on his tetanus shots. We were lucky to get an available room at a nearby Hampton Inn, that was very nice, clean, safe, and friendly.

2/10 Poor

Disgusting experience.

My experience 2/16-2/17 was completely disgusting. I arrived a little after office closing so I just wanted to get checked in and get out of the persons hair in the office as quickly as possible. I got my room, king bed, walked in and was assaulted by a smokey room. I thought "whatever" I didnt want to bother the office again since I had gotten there late. I checked around the room and saw the bed was hastily made and appeared to have been slept in. Found what kinda looked like a bit of something suspect on the sheets and just brushed it off and figured I'd just shower well in the morning as I was tired. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the pillows were nice. It was clear the pillow cases must have had fresh pillow cases on them because they smelled fine. Fast forward to the next morning, I wake up, eyes irritated from the smoke, I move around in the bed to get up, and a CIGARETTE BUTT ROLLS OUT OF THE SHEETS from a crease in the corner of the fitted sheet. I had slept with a cigarette butt. What was suspect that I brushed off the night prior was cigarette ash. Not wanting to get a cleaning charge i threw the butt out of the room, scrubbed the heck out of myself and left as fast as I could. When I saw the housekeepers coming around as I was leaving, they didn't have any sheets or anything. Just a vacuum or mop, and maybe some cleaner. I wouldn't stay here ever again.
