We didn’t realize you could not eat at many of the restaurants or buffet on the royalton side even though they are connected. It was very far to the beach and had to wait sometimes a very long time for the tram to pick us up. Our room was freezing and we asked several times to bring more blankets in which they didn’t. We turned up our ac to the warmest and some nights turned off since so cold. My husband and daughter both got terrible food poisoning and we had a hard time getting a hold of any cleaners at night to help us get more bedding towels etc. I will not be going back here despite the waterpark etc. they only had one place to get snacks in between lunch and dinner that served the same burgers and fries everyday. Very very disappointed with this resort that charged us so much to be there.

The property and amenities at this resort were great. We really enjoyed the pools and waterpark and our restaurant experiences were great. The staff were all so friendly and attentive. We felt very welcome everywhere. The vibe team was also excellent. The Beach on the Punta Cana Resort side was incredible. The rooms were rather dated tired. There were paint cracks and peeling and very low water pressure in the shower. The kids club was underwhelming. Our 8 year olds went once and did not enjoy it at all. The activities were geared towards the younger children despite the age range extending to 12. The Teens club and arcade were also underwhelming and didn’t match the description or photos online. The evening entertainment was generally pretty good, although the theatre seems small for the size of the resort and got pretty crowded. Overall the vacation itself was excellent, but there are a few things about the resort that could use some improvement.

Starting with I was not given the room I paid for , then I was not at resort I needed to be in for my sons wedding and Expedia did not help me in anyway!!!! My room smelled like mold I requested to be move and that did not happen! The buffet the food was raw I had to be extremely careful of what I was eating the Tv did not work most of the time one night I called and complained about the TV and the mold smell they said they were sending someone no one came

Basert på vår erfaring med ett 5 dagers besøk, dette er en veldig bra resort! Ja kanskje ikke den aller mest fantastiske bufferen, men god variasjon i utvalg. Hyggelige ansatte (som alle snakker engelsk) God stemning, fine bassengområde, bra rom og en super seng! Daglig rengjøring og påfyll i minibaren. Og med unntak av en lunch der det tok 25 min før vi fikk noe å drikke, så var servicen helt grei. Denne resorten ligger ganske langt fra vannet, men man har full tilgang til den som ligger på stranden.(med unntak av restaurantene) men alle barer og solsenger osv kan man fint bruke. Det tar ca 10-15 min å gå mellom resorten i gjennom et veldig hyggelig område med både fugler, skilpadder og maravaner. Om man ikke vil gå kan man ta transporten som går mellom resorten. Vi skal definitivt tilbake hit igjen, men neste gang blir det nok på resorten som ligger nærmest stranden.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price We had high expectations for Royalton Splash Punta Cana, given the price, but unfortunately, our experience fell far short. While the hotel does have a convenient location, the quality and service did not justify the cost. The room was poorly maintained, with outdated furniture. For the rate charged, we expected much better amenities. The staff, while polite, seemed overwhelmed and unable to address concerns promptly. Delayed housekeeping and lack of response to a complaint. Overall, Royalton Splash Punta Cana feels overpriced for what it offers. We’ve stayed at much better hotels for significantly less. We wouldn’t recommend this place unless they drastically improve their standards or lower their rates.

which I booked through your platform. Unfortunately, my experience was far below the standards I expected, and I feel it’s important to share the issues I faced. 1. No Hot Water: Throughout my stay, the property failed to provide hot water. Despite reporting the issue, no effective steps were taken to resolve it, causing significant discomfort. 2. Staff Attitude: The staff members were neither courteous nor respectful during my stay. Their lack of professionalism and unhelpful attitude made the experience even worse. These issues completely disrupted my trip and made my stay unpleasant. I kindly request that you investigate this matter with the property and consider compensating me for the inconvenience I endured.
