My husband and I recently stayed at this resort and overall, our experience was average. There were several issues that made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped. The food was not very good, and the service from the staff left much to be desired. Many of the employees seemed inexperienced and unprofessional, often standing around talking loudly about personal matters instead of focusing on guests.
Noise was another big problem — on one morning, we were woken up at 7 AM by loud leaf blowers and cleaning staff making a lot of noise outside our room. Additionally, we had problems with our room keys upon arrival, and the app used to make restaurant reservations did not work at all during our stay.
Despite these issues, we still managed to enjoy ourselves to some extent, which is why I’m giving it three stars instead of a lower rating. However, overall, the experience was disappointing and left a lot to be desired. We are not sure we would choose to return.
