Checking in was quick and easy. The room had a strong smell of smoke (previous guest?) when checking in but the staff were attentive and brought air freshener to mask the odour.

Just a wonderful hotel, really nice staff and employees. Not far from Ayalla Mall and center. Love this hotel. I will come back next time!

nice pies and fresh corned beef a must try menu. Overall not too bad but breakfast choice limited needs to improves.

I understand that hotel star ratings are overstated in many parts of the world, including the Philippines. But even by the most relaxed standards, this hotel is 3 stars at best. In mention this because if it had been more accurately rated, I would have researched it more thoroughly, and very possibly not stayed there. Other than the overrating, a marginal location and the fact they wanted to charge 50p for a 3rd pillow, it was okay.
