The apartment was clean and well appointed. The location is excellent. Quiet neighborhood close to many wonderful locations. The only complaint we had was that it advertised that it would have toiletries. It only had soap. No shampoo or conditioner which we expected since it said they have toiletries. A small issue however for an otherwise wonderful, easy place.

Check in issue
There is no reception and it was not clear at all that you needed to register before to receive a code so you could open the door. So I had to enter all my details upon arrival and then wait 3 hours with luggage in a cafe next door to get the code. The room was nice once inside. They should warn people by email and text that you need to register before

The is no front desk reception, but it was quite an easy check in process online. The property felt safe and the room was quite large, clean, and beautiful. I really enjoyed my stay here. There was ongoing construction in the parking lot area but that was out of the hotels control.

The room was just like the picture, and the building felt secure. But thats where the good parts stopped. There is no front desk person - or front desk, even. This was a problem because, since there was no management on-site, there was nobody to reach out to about excessive noise/partying, smoking in the hallways and elevator, etc. The only way to reach management is through their call center in Munich. And since the WiFi was extremely unreliable, and being an out-of-country tourist I had to use WiFi calling, it was impossible to make it through the phone trees to get to a live person before the call dropped. So I gave up trying. They only clean your room (including the bathroom) one time and only if you are there for more than a week. Even then I had to basically bribe the housekeeper to do it. Oh, and the elevator was out for a couple days, so that meant five flights of stairs. Basically it felt like a youth hostel, but with a hotel pricetag. Think about other options.

Terrible long stay
Terrible experience. First of all, people need to realise that this is an Airbnb at Best. I was staying for 21 days and they did Room service two times during those 21 days. They do clean the rooms once a week. If you’re staying there for a couple of days, maybe it would be okay, but longer than that you will run out of clean towels, coffee, clean sheets and it is just miserable. I am not sure if they had Acc# or not, but there was no thermostat, and this thing on the wall is an antiquated dial thermostat that didn’t seem to do anything. When I turned it. I had to send management a picture of a piece of poop, clogging the toilet so they can send somebody to unclog the toilet. When I say this is an Airbnb, I am not exaggerating you will not find a single employee of this “hotel” downstairs or at the lobby. You have to enter a key for every single door you go through. This is a scam. Go to ibis Hotel across the street for €75 a night versus this ridiculous “hotel” at least you will get a fresh warm breakfast in the morning and room serviced every day if needed. There’s a front desk to respond to your requests. You forgot a toothbrush? You can call somebody. A lady forgot her tampons? Front desk are there. just avoid

This place really exceeded expectations. It was super convenient as it was located right next to a tram stop leading into city center. The windows and lighting were top notch. Had several floor to ceiling opening windows with shades at the touch of a button. The room was clean, modern and even came with some goodies upon check in. Will definitely be staying here when visiting Berlin again.

Not bad
Hotel was fine. Bed was comfortable. Blankets were too small. There was no apparent contact information provided in case of emergency. There was no place in the shower to put anything - even the provided shampoo was balanced on top of the faucet. The elevator was strange, the call button was trying to be "high tech" but only worked after several tries. There was a huge construction project next door and the entire building was vibrating one morning (from around 8am), no notice was provided. Overall, I dont think I would stay again, but it fulfilled the basic requirements of a place to sleep.

Great location and cosy room
Lovely room and great location... but make sure you do the online check-in in advance - this is not clear especially when you book via this website. Our stay was a bit marred by the fact that we were outside in the cold for nearly an hour trying to check-in online via our phones with bad data connection in Berlin and the staff sending us the wrong wifi code didn't help... anyway it was a great room and we enjoyed the rest of our stay!

Limehome is located just 3 stops from Alexanderplatz and near a neighborhood with many beautiful restaurants. The only wierd thing is that there are no people at the facility- everything is via email- despite there having been a reception and lobby downstairs- would be nice to re-open that and get human interaction

Two week stay
Location was great and enjoyed the kitchenette- well stocked and very clean. Our only complaint was the lighting, especially in the bathroom. Too dark and impossible to apply makeup. Also, for 2 people and housekeeping only once a week, more than two towels would have been nice. We did write to ask for more which was accommodated by the next morning.

Very convenient, though stafless because of the pandemic. Everything is new and clean. Small fridge and coffeemaker with supplies are a nice detail. Good location in a nice neighborhood with lots of options of cafes and small restaurants. Downsides it is located in an avenue with a tram so if you open the windows (you might need to do it in the summer) it gets noisy

overpriced
The decoration and the overall condition of the building is very nice, however the bed was way too soft and the feather pillows felt like they disappeared under my head. Very uncomfortable I had a very bad night tossing and turning. Check in was easy and the location is great but i wouldn’t go back again, overpriced for what it is.
