Overall an average budget hotel. Had I known they were hosting a teenage youth group of about 75 kids I would have not booked the hotel. For that chance to re-occur I can’t stay there again and risk the annoyance and loud atmosphere.

Charged for “Mtn View” but actually faced a parking lot, A ozone detector was put in our room to control excess odor? And yes the room had a funky smell, front desk had NO idea what an ozone detector did? Heater was so loud it woke us up evertime it went on

Great people, but too noisy in the hotel to sleep.
There is no sound proofing, the noises in the hall way, the plumbing from above and next door, the people walking around in their room above all kept me from being able to sleep. Being able to sleep is the most important thing for me. Also, your photo of the hotel exterior is misleading, it makes it appear the hotel is located at the popular hot springs, not true.

The staff is really friendly but the property is very expensive for only allowing you to use the hot tub starting at 3pm. You have to sign up and it’s limited?? For $300 a night that’s crazy. The floor was sandy or dirty, the rooms are old and very noisy. We were desperate for a place, but we would not stay here again.
