I stayed at Pullman Brussels Midi (19–20 Aug) and had one of the worst hotel experiences ever. When I arrived, the air conditioning in my room was completely broken, and the room was unbearably hot with no way to open a window. I immediately contacted reception and maintenance, but nothing was done. The only person who came was a staff member in a security t-shirt who checked the thermostat, said someone else would fix it, and left. No one ever showed up.
After several calls, I was finally told that the AC was faulty and could not be repaired until the next day, and there were no other rooms available. Reception offered no solution whatsoever—not even a fan or a room change—just “noting it in the system.” That’s not what you expect from a Pullman or any 4-star hotel.
I barely slept, the air was suffocating, and honestly it felt like the hotel did not care at all about guest comfort or health. As an Accor loyalty member who has stayed here before, I’m extremely disappointed. This stay was a complete waste of money, and I will never return.
Avoid this hotel at all costs—terrible service, zero accountability, and no basic comfort provided.
