Accueil très limite au vu du tarif de l’hébergemen

Tres beau logement Le reproche que nous avons à faire est l’accueil : 1/2 bouteille d’eau pour 4, pas de capsule café alors que les autres hotels du même standing offrent quelques capsules...et le topo final est que lors de notre depart en soirée pour prendre notre train, nous avons demandé à la receptionniste s’il etait possible de nous remplir une bouteille d’eau (eau du robinet) : elle a repondu : " où voulez-vous que je prenne de l’eau ici " !!!!!!

Top value for money

Location perfect and super close to camp Nou.. shop & markets near by… only 1 minus parking is fare away but it’s ok.. metro is just 50 meter away. Staff is super helpful 5 out 5 to them Apartment is in very good condition and modern Full furnished. We stayed there for 4 nights and will again chose that apartment again.. vi

Despite the fact that the building was on a busy street, our appointment was located on the back. This resulted in a very quiet night. The air conditioning was very much appreciated. Clean and spacious appartement. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend the place.

Déçu. La climatisation est inutilisable : elle fait un bruit insupportable, au point de devoir l’éteindre, même en pleine chaleur. La réception n’a pas pu résoudre le problème : une autre chambre m’a été proposée, mais la clim y faisait le même vacarme. Seul point positif : la localisation, proche du métro et des commerces.

The hotel room and the staff themselves were great. The receptionists were very nice and helpful. The subway station is just down the street, theres also tons of shops/ restaurants walking distance. The only notable downside is that the street the hotel is on is closed on the weekend. It’s completely blocked off to cars, so you can’t get their by taxi. We didn’t know and arrived on a Sunday, and had to walk a long distance with our luggage. It’s not the hotels fault, but something to consider.
