We stayed there for 5 days, however they only made up our room once even after request. The room we booked was for three persons with one double bed and one single bed and there was only one bath towel when we checked in. We naively thought that it was by mistake and expected the housekeeper to replenish our room the next day. Nobody made up our room on the second and third day either. When I popped up to the front desk explaining the situation, the receptionist told me that there would be no clean up service unless on request. I told her that there was only one bath towel in our room and we had been using it for the last three days. The lady then offered me a new set of bath towel and promised that there would be room cleaning the next day. Moreover, when I asked for bottle water, she again told me that bottle water was only offered on the arrival day but not after although she generously gave me two afterwards.
On the next day when we came back after sightseeing, we noticed that our room was made but in a very rough way: bins were cleared but bed runners were on the floor, bedlinens and towels were not changed, bath tub was not cleaned…
All these really pissed me off because what the resort claimed on their website that there would be daily room cleaning and bottle water was absolutely untrue. As all these criteria were the key factors which affect my choice of hotel!
