Love it!

The villa is a family run business - they are so friendly and helpful! Very good they provide free delivery service from and to the port (Thanks Niko's father! He is very kind like grandpa) The villa is located at the middle of the hillside so the room is with a good sea view (Our room is No.11 and Niko said it is the room with the best view, absolutely right!) I missed the breakfast so much as it is a good start of the day enjoying food with good view. The rich breakfast is prepared by Margarita (Niko's mum) and Niko will delivered the breakfast to your room. Definitely worth adding around EUR 8 for it! It is around 10 mins walk to Mykonos main town with the short cut. It is like a hiking trail walking down the hills with some rocks and large steps (For me it is a bit hard but within 2 mins you must finish it^^) Just down below the hill there is also a nice and relatively quiet beach. So comfortable to rest at there with the see breeze. We enjoyed the time in Mykonos and will choose Villa Margarita when we come again! It is highly recommended!

Far from the town

The hotel is in the middle of a hill, it is a bit far from the city, you better rent a car or motorbike, otherwise, you need to walk at least 20-30 minutes to the town. It is good that there is a free pick up and deliver service to and from the airport or the pier. The staff is friendly, they provided a lot of information about Mykonos. Room is clean and the breakfast cost euro 7.5 is good. The breakfast was delivered to our room. Wifi signal is weak, we couldn’t connect the wifi inside the room. Therefore, we needed to stay outside the door area to get the wifi signal. P.S. The nearest bus stop of Villa Margarita is a middle stop. I wanted to go to Paradise Beach but the bus was full so the driver didn’t stop the bus. The bus schedule to the beaches operate every hour. I got on the next bus although I didn’t know where it would go because I didn’t want to wait at the bus stop for an hour.

YOUR BEST CHOICE IN MYKONOS!

Nikos and Alex are perfect hosts, always willing to make your stay the best possible. If available, they are flexible with schedules, help with information about the island, act as concierge if needed, and offer airport transfers, charging a minimal fee per room—all to ensure you enjoy a perfect stay. Not to mention that the villa is charming, well-equipped, and everything works perfectly. Close to the center, with a super smooth route, in view of others I've stayed at. Everything was great!

Amazing property a short walk to Little Venice in the town centre of Mykonos. Loved the spot, the views that are nestled in the side of an hill. The staff are outstanding. Kudos to Nicos and Alex, wonderful hosts!

A wonderful place to stay

This was a wonderful property with great views from our patio. Nikos, Alex, and their mother Margarita were attentive, friendly, and super accomodating.We arrived early in the morning and since it was the end of the season they allowed us to check in upon arrival. When we left, our flight was not until late in the afternoon and they allowed us to keep our bags in the office while we went out to the town one last time. Also, for a very small fee they will pick you and drop you off at the airport. If you're looking for a nice, clean, and comfortable place to stay with great people and is close to Mykonos Town then look no further.

This is a family-run hotel located a 15-minute walk from the downtown and a 5-7 minute walk to the bus route rhat can take you to a number of different beaches. The property is quite pretty, with lovely views down to the sea. We loved having our breakfast brought to us on our own little patio. The family staff is incredibly friendly, and they provided good advice on beaches, transportation, restaurants, etc. They even provided our transportation from the airport on arrival and to the port for our departure, which was very convenient and for a reasonable charge. We really enjoyed our stay in this clean, quiet, friendly, pretty hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 notti in questa struttura. Siamo stati benissimo, a cominciare dai gestori, sempre gentili e disponibili per ogni esigenza, forniscono anche asciugamani ed omberlloni per il mare, servizio che abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente. Posizione top, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, che permette di essere lontani dal caos quando ce n'è bisogno. Camera appena ristrutturata e pulizia sempre impeccabile. Torneremo sicuramente!

Very nice staff, fairly convenient location. Use them for airport transfer service, it's cheaper than anything else. The pool isn't finished and it was a bit of an eye sore.

This hotel proved to be extremely comfortable and quiet despite being close to the main town. Nikos and Alex are great hosts, always available to provide guests with suggestions and infos about Mykonos, and give logistic support. Definitely recommended !
