are you serious

I got this room so I could get away and relax but they failed to tell us the hot water was not working so you had to attempt to take a cold shower. Ended up going to my friends to shower. I feel like for a hundred dollars I should have had hot water. I was offered no discount! Only thing front desk said was I’m sorry they should have told you! WELL aTHEY DIDNT. Defiantly not worth a hundred dollars a night.

Was a nice hotel for our overnight stay. Close to Lindenwood University where we had to be the next morning.

Trying to improve

The bathroom and sink area was very clean. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in, but I’m not sure if bed skirt didn’t fit or if the person cleaning the room didn’t know how to put it on. It was fallen into the floor. The dust on the pictures in the mirror was extreme, so the cleaning people are cleaning the center of the room and the bathroom, I scooted out the end tables in the dust was so thick. You couldn’t see the color of the carpet. I think the cleaning crew needs to really be far far more conscientious in their vacuuming and dusting the refrigerator worked. I didn’t try to use the microwave, but I was glad to have them. There could use a little more light around the bed area in case a person wanted to read all the lights were clear across the room all in all I got a nice clean fresh shower and the bed was comfortable. I did have some issues I wanted to pre-pay for my room and they just wouldn’t let me until I actually was checking in.

Took 20-25 mins of ringing the bell at checkin desk/calling for someone to come over to check me in. Ive used this location for about a decade but my last two visits this year ( last time was charged twice for the room they said its not their problem) im definitely not using this place again.

Checking in had to wait until someone came to window. Had a sign that they were gone, be back soon. No chairs to sit in while waiting to check in. An employee showed up and tried to find someone for us.

Horrible

The air wasnt on in one room and it was over 90 degrees in the room.asked to be moved he staff loed and said there was no other room available. And recommended that me and my 5 kids and wife stay in the same room with only 2 beds.

Gross and dirty

Check in was easy, but that's the only positive. Room was filthy, unclean, had bugs, a burn hole in comforter, no phone in room, smoke detector was missing, just a nasty place.
