真實評價

6/10 不錯

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and the staff did their best in all interactions. I would only say that the property is inaccurately rated as a 3 star. As an experienced traveler I expect more from a three star hotel. The price we paid was more in line with a two star hotel so everything was about as expected.

Didn’t even stay there because they had bed bugs and hotel.com wouldn’t give me my refund

Room was not clean. Overall smell of cigarette smoke. No house keeping was done. No toilet paper upon checkin. Rushed checkout.

In town for the Vintage Computer Fest and this hotel could have not been more convenient, close to the convention center with ample parking, a nice restaurant inside and good coffee shops between it and the convention center for day 2. The staff was friendly and professional and the room was clean and let me tell you the shower was nice and hot. Just how we like it, we will be back.

I had two rooms during this stay. One room was clean and the other room had someone's clothing and toiletries still left there upon check in. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Parking was okay.

Room was clean, hotel is very dated, although outside gardens well maintained. It was a last minute one night stay, so ok for that purpose.
