Situations Are Resolved Quickly and Effectively!
This is a follow up to a review I submitted earlier. After Speaking with the Hotel Directors Jason and Michelle they were very attentive to my concerns and we had a brief in person meeting about the situation. They were very understanding of the issue and apologized for the inconvenience as well as credited me for the mis-billing. It was simply a miscommunication as it turns out and they and the Intercontinental Hotel in now way committed any wrong doing. After speaking with the directors I am completely reassured in the Intercontinental Hotel and will be staying here for all my future business trips to Nantong and Shanghai. The fact that they were quick to address my concerns and did so in a thoughtful way clearly indicates they are a top notch hotel and on par with any American 5 star hotel brand.

Nice Hotel but nothing around it. Need to taxi everywhere else. Beautiful gardens but all are locked off so you can't walk around. Great breakfast both western and eastern. I would stay again but I prefer to be able to go for a walk and eat locally and view sights locally around CBD

The air condition in room was not working and when I called the service to check they told me that air condition is not good for health !! I mean are they out of their minds , how can the Guest Relation Manager even say such a thing to a guest ! completely unacceptable , even the senior manager couldn't help and was of the same opinion , she was like sleeping in air con will damage health , hello ..
