真實評價

6/10 不錯

The host’s communication regarding our breakfast orders was consistently poor. We ordered orange juice nearly every morning, yet it was never provided. Additionally, breakfast was repeatedly delivered late. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service, especially considering the amount we paid. The pricing was significantly higher than what I later discovered to be the going rates, which made the entire experience even more frustrating.

We were scammed. After communication with the hotel to be picked up at the Airport, we were driven do an apartment building, not the hotel. Taken up to a room on the 6th floor kitted up to look like to pictures of the room. After we got there we got a fraud alert for a $7000USD charge to the Fifa store. Feeling really in danger (super bad neighborhood and no one knowing where we were) we took off, grabbed an Uber back to the airport and slept on a bench for 7 hours. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY.

Pay attention to the photos of your booking. The apartment is different from the hotel. The shower in the apartment leaked water out by the bottom of the door. Water was nice and warm. WiFi was fast. Air conditioning worked great only in the living room area. The bedroom only has a fan that faces the bottom of the bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is right next to the Zoo and near many restaurants. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was made fresh.

Clean, modern room | Secure location | Communication was poor regarding check in, they did not arrange with the building security properly for our arrival | the address listed is not clear, it takes you to another location| they are not prompt regarding communication and clear directions are not provided
