En passant Super belle localisation de l’appartement. Malgré qu’il a fallu chercher les serviettes de bain dans la sécheuse avec une tonne de draps. Je ne pense pas que ça soit la façon de recevoir de locataires. Au prix que ça coûte. De plus le plancher est dangereux avec de tapis avec lequel on pourrais facilement s’enfarger. Une porte non fonctionnel de la salle de bain. Un bol d’une salle de bain super usé, ce n’est pas si agréable. Beaucoup de potentiel avec ce logement, mais très mal entretenu. À part de ça, super de localisation Merci et bonne journée

The room was ok, but the window got stuck.for 24 hours and the cold air went inside the room for 1.night.and the people in charge of the unit never showed up to fix it. Also they offered a washing machine inside the unit but it didn't work....and again the people in charge never showed up to fix ti..

Checking in was terrible. I had to figure out what going-on before I could get the apartment keys. Also, the apartment had a broken toilet seat and damaged wood flooring.

There was no running water at all for most of our stay. No compensation was offered for this inconvenience, even when I asked. No towels at the pool, bring your own. Slow elevators, only one working for low levels. Many people coming in and out of the building without keys. Didn't feel too safe overall. Would be nice to have another lock on the door. Very disappointed with zero interest of the host to compensate us at all for the water issues. Would not recommend.

I truly wish I had seen the reviews on this property before I booked. I had the worst experience with my check-in and stay. The elevators were constantly broken and not working. Upon my check in, I had to lug my heavy suitcase up 18 flights of stairs to get to my floor. My room was still not ready at 4:55pm as the cleaner was still doing prepping my room for me. The wait times to use the elevators were long and frustrating when they were intermittently working. I had to check-in virtually online before arrival, then again in person with the security at the front desk which was quite frustrating. Lastly, the unit itself had lots of wear and stains on walls and upholstery for being a fairly new building. It didn't feel very clean. I would avoid this place at all costs.

the room wasn’t clean - leftover food in the fridge from the last client, and clothes in the washer/dryer made us question whether the place was cleaned at all. the mirror was cracked, and it was also very difficult to check into the place. it took us almost an hour to get checked in as receptionist staff were not helpful and there were many other people there too having the same difficulties.
