Disappointing

The rooms were clean but the gym mats looked stained and gross. We have an electric car and there were no EV chargers on site nor did the staff know where chargers were located in the area. The bathroom was missing a shampoo bottle and lastly we paid over $700 for one night!

Downtown Portland is very seedy. You dont feel safe at night. The area has too many homeless roaming the streets. The area is very dark and has an unsafe feeling. No police presence... You need to look over your shoulder in the down town area. We we're very disappointed with Portland down town. To make it even worse, $40 parking fees are a rip off. This area is taking advantage of the tourist.

A wonderful stay!

The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. And the hotel is close to all waterfront where all the great restaurants are! A wonderful hotel!

Good hotel for the purpose

Good location; however, it is not waterfront. There were some heavy foot on top floor. We were on the 5th floor which we thought was the highest floor but it turns out there is a residence 6th floor. Did not like the thin walls and heavy foot steps above.

Enjoyed our stay

Pool Room and the saltwater pool were heated which we appreciated very much. Rooms was very clean with lots of great space in our 2 Queen bed option. Gym has a lot of good options with the appreciation of being very clean and neat.

Our stay was great. It is near everything, shops and restaurants. My recommendation is to clean the windows on the ground floor for it to be more appealing, looking in and out. The parking fee of $40 /night is a little steep.

A one-nighter in Portland

Pros: good location, spacious room, nice street views, varied breakfast Cons: insufficient charging access on both sides of the beds, no fan in the bathroom so it was quite steamy for a while after showers

Great stay to close attractions!

We had a good stay, unfortunately voices from the other rooms and hallway were definitely noticeable from the inside of our room. But our location was within walking disoriented places of interests.

Hotel was OK, definitely needed some attention to conditions. Would not be my first choice for a hotel on my next visit to maine. Elevators were out of order the majority of our stay and not marked properly, valet staff was very rude.

Decent. Not amazing

In a good location if you're in Portland as a tourist. Room was pretty decent once the required number of beds had been provided. We'd booked for a family of 5 but there was no 5th bed in the room. When i raised this i was told they might have run out of roll out beds. As though it was my problem.
