It was a great experience, staff was very attentive with any need or doubt we had. Staff also kept the area clean and tidy. Amazing experience overall, thank you for your hospitality.

We arrived at the airport at 11:30 pm, and the hotel driver picked us up and got us settled in our room by midnight. The room was spacious and spotless, the shower had good water pressure, the beds were comfortable… we truly could ask for nothing more. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Guatemala!

The room was leaking water under both beds. There is a shared bathroom and shower in the laundry room down the hall. The lady asked me 3x if I was checking out at 11am. I felt rushed and she wanted me quickly so she could get the room cleaned.

Personal amable.
