Las habitaciones hacían mal olor y estaban muy descuidadas. Polvo y el control del aire tenía temporizador: hay que encenderlo cada dos horas. Pasamos muchísimo frío y pese lo comentamos a los recepcionistas solo nos subieron dos grados. Horrible experiencia.

Das Zimmer war klein, aber für den Preis in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war gut, aber uns hat Käse gefehlt. Kinder bis 16 Jahre waren frei.

We really liked the location. It was short walking distance to the river and the Tower Bridge. The restaurant was really nice and the wait staff were friendly. I liked having it to as part of the hotel. The room was a decent size. We have stayed in London before, paid more and had a tiny room. This was much better. One little hitch was on our arrival. We had booked with Expedia and the automated check-in did not have our booking in the system. We had to wait to check in with the person at the desk. (who was on break when we arrived) Apparently Expedia bookings don't show up in their system as a regular booking and you need to do it with a person at the desk. It scared us, but after that, it was fine. All the staff were really nice. The woman at the desk on our way out was very helpful. She kept our bags until we had to go to the airport. She had been to Canada and was really friendly. She also gave us good advice as to how to get to the airport quickly. She was very nice and had a good personality to be in the hospitality business. We will stay there again.

Las habitaciones sin amplias, aunque carecen de un armario como tal. Cuando llegamos la habitación estaba limpia, pero no entraron a limpiarla ni a hacer las camas en los 4 días que estuvimos y eso que poníamos el cartel en la puerta. El desayuno estaba bueno y bien de calidad, pero escaso, no había variedad. El personal muy amable.
