The apartment was exactly as advertised, clean and bright. Parking was confusing (even with the very helpful video explaining how to retrieve the room key). Make sure you find the QR code to pay for parking. There are no signs on the right side of garage that state it’s paid parking. Only negative about the apartment is that there are no additional safety locks after entering the apartment. Someone was knocking on the door at 3am and trying to open the door. I would have felt more comfortable (and probably would have gone back to sleep) if there were additional safety locks.

It was clean, beds were really comfortable, walking distance to the basketball arena, aquarium, Olympic park, Coca Cola museum. Parking was $7.95 a day, we didn’t have to fight for parking for the most part. Only small thing I hated that it didn’t have a broom or dust pan to sweep, Laundry was also great! Air went out but I wrote them and they came expeditiously within 3 min and fixed it. Overall great stay for a family of 6

The layout of the apartment style room was perfect, great views, and beautiful. The carpet definitely needs to be cleaned. If you're sensitive to cigarette smoke this isn't the place for you as the entire hallway smells terribly and it definitely creeps into the room.

The apartment was clean overall and communication with property owners was good. However issues came when it was time to leave. The property manager was rude to us as we were leaving. We took some of our bags out a few at a time and upon the last time we had to leave, the property manager took upon himself to go into the room and rip our bags open and go through our stuff and leave our belongings scattered around the room. We had to yet again pick up our belongings because he opened our stuff without permission. Be mindful of that if you choose to stay here! That was highly disrespectful and property managers are not supposed to go through people’s belongings.

Our family (3 adults, 3 kids) stayed in lieu of a hotel, as we would have needed two hotel rooms and this was a cheaper option to accommodate all of us. We chose this location initially due to the location (we were going to be doing the Aquarium, World of Coke, etc on the CityPass) and that it had 2 bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed along with two bathrooms. We found the unit to be very clean, great location, had safe parking for only $8/day, and secure access to the building. (Side note: the lobby had a FABULOUS smell that greeted us every time we returned; smelled like something from Bath & Body Works, but I couldn’t quite place the smell.) We were on the 15th floor, so we had a gorgeous view of Centennial Park and the skyline, but street noise wasn’t so loud that it bothered us. We did not use the pool, due both to time constraints and the season (starting to get too cool to use an outdoor pool). This unit provided everything we needed for our stay. The only issue we ran into was that, on the day before we checked out, we returned from a day in the City to find that our key fob to get in the building did not work. I called the number provided and someone immediately came down and replaced our fob, explaining that it had been a building issue that day (and sure enough, we saw several others who were residents of the building, also have issues). So that was nothing against the host - just a technical issue that day with the building itself. Response by the host was perfect.

The room was really well put together and clean. The staff was incredibly accommodating to our needs and very friendly. We liked being able to use the laundry set and dishwasher for convenience, as well as the convenience of having kitchenware and tableware available to use. The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable and the bedding was nice quality. Having both TVs were really nice, as well.
