This hotel has so much potential, especially with new ownership. The rooms are definitely outdated, but with a few updates, this place could be amazing. The staff was okay overall, but two people really stood out — Kevion and Samji in the dining area were absolutely on point.
The food was surprisingly good for an all-inclusive; usually, I find resort food to be unappetizing and end up eating elsewhere, but that wasn’t the case here. Since I visited during the slow season, the options were somewhat limited, but the quality and taste were solid.
One suggestion: it would be great if the hotel kept a small amount of cash at the front desk to allow guests to exchange money for tipping staff. This would make it easier to show appreciation for the great service.
