Spacious & clean room. Transport to Outlet is available. But frequency & capacity of transport bus was limited. Ordered Aglio Olio pasta at the restaurant located in opposition of reception. It was too spicy. Nevertheless, overall evaluation was good. V

Hotel awana to highlands bus is small and cant accommodate if many people around. Its a drawback. Less frequent service and lesser capacity vehicle

Poor Maintenance

The hotel is spacious. Can feel the fresh air. I think due to pandemic period, there’s plenty of upgrade and improvement needed for the hotel. In the room, the soap dispensers were rusty. The kettle was also rusty and I have it changed. The wardrobe is giving way. I stayed on the 22nd floor with a balcony. The room has many many small insects and flying ants.

Whilst I do like Resorts World Awana, my enjoyable experience quickly became extremely painful due to the Car Park situation. Upon returning to the Car Park at around 3am, I had no option but to use touch-n-go to access the carpark (no alternative option as I'm not a "gold" RW member). The next day, I realized that my TnG balance was RM 6 short of the required balance. Seeking a solution, the staff was extremely unhelpful. The solution was to do a 90min round-trip to the Premium Outlets (via bus shuttle at 1hr intervals) to top-up the card at 7-11 and retrieve the car, as no other option was seemingly available. Since we wanted to use the car immediately, we ended up walking to 7-11, which is a painful uphill journey. Overall, this put a huge dampener on the experience, and is frankly terrible customer support and a lousy customer experience. If your hotel car-park ONLY takes TnG, at least have some reasonable option for top-up, or an alternative way to help customers retrieve their car in emergencies (e.g., cash). This whole thing was really dumb and unacceptable

Excellent stay. Loved the bed and pillows

We stayed for 3 nights and loved this hotel. Reviews suggest it is run down and tired. This was not our experience at all. My only issues were pre arrival. It was not clear at all how to get to the hotel. Cable car? This hotel is actually in the mid hills and you do not need a cable car to get here. You can arrive by bus to the GPO (shops) near the hotel. Then you can either use hotel shuttle bus or use a Grab. The shuttle runs every hour. Leaves the hotel on the hour and from the GPO on the half hour (no service at 7.30pm). The bus is small and it is first come first served. No room for big luggage. Grab cost us 20RM with luggage so we were happy. Soem say you can walk from the GPO to the hotel but I would not recommend it. The traffic is horrendous and the hills are very steep. You get one free cable car ticket per room - not per person. There are shops and restaurants at the GPO but there are so many more at the top of the mountain but the cost is higher. The restaurants in the Awana hotel are good. The Awana Bio Park is not fully open yet as it is undergoing major renovation. Hopefully the Biopark will be fully operational by early 2025. It should be amazing when fully open. Meantime you can take a nature walk with Pat and/or Eddie for 20RM per person at 9am each day. Two hour walk.

前台服务很好,但一进屋就有一股臭味,打开窗通风之后才好一些,毛巾也比较粗糙,设施一般

Nice and warm service

There was nice and warm welcome from awana staff. Very good service. Me and my child feel comfortable and safe. Many event in this hotel from morning until night for any ages. The big size bed enough for us. This hotel is near outlet and food place.

We had a good stay at Awana. The environment is cleaned. We booked 2 rooms for 3Nights. However, one of our balcony's door's is not able to lock securely. The free shuttle bus frequency of 1 hour interval is too long.

Happy for stay for night

Good and clean room for stay for one night, shutter provide from hotel to cable car terminal and outlet mall is good and efficient, but if can increase frequency of shuttle and required to ensure for hotel customer take a ride is better.

Not worth the money

For the price paid I expected more. I had an executive room but it wasn't that glamorous and to get hot water in the shower you had to turn the knob in the cold direction which was confusing.

Good place for a few nights

Comfortable beds and good shower, but overall the public areas and hallways looked dated. Also there was a rediculously loud pool party till midnight.

Hotel room is clean and spacious but pillow is too slow; personal view. Enjoyed the cool air, may consider Awana again when next visit Genting.

The property has been upgraded and the food and service is excellent. Keep it up!!

8/10 Very good

Room size is good with 2 queens bed nice for 4pax reasonable price. Room is bright and clean. I like the new look of Awana, gym is equipped with technogym and have a yoga room with mirror. Restaurant ambient is nice, facing pool wt live band. Food is good. Weekend roast not bad. Happy hour is a good deal! Used to get check out gift (flower/plant) is lovely! But not this trip. cons: mosquitoes at lobby waiting area. construction noise

6/10 Good

The housekeeping of the room not properly done, lots of ants on the table and when asked for makeup room they only made the bed but not clean up the room. The variety of the breakfast limited, which is not worth the money

2/10 Poor

Poor experience at Awana

Room wasn’t ready till after 5.30pm n had issues with no heated shower. Was promised 25th floor by Assistant front desk Manager Ms Kay but was given 19th floor instead. There’s only 1 free mini shuttle bus to outlet mall which runs every hour but all guests needed transfer which made the wait unbearable. Hotel does not provide bag storage service after checking out of hotel which is frustrating when u needed to get something at the mall quickly before leaving the hotel totally which is really unacceptable.

Good with the low season price at RM205. The hotel room was newly renovated with greenery view but the public toilet at the lobby was very old and no water supply. Very poor maintenance car park, no lift access to the hotel lobby, feeling unsafe. Bad facilities if you pay at normal room price where might charge at least RM300 - 400/night. Two dining restaurants at the hotel but a slightly expensive with the portion (Awana garden hotpot restaurant) but the view and environment were good.

Not clean and noisy

My room was dirty. There were several hairs on the bed and in the bathroom. There were some construction sites, so it was noisy and not comfortable.
